I asked this company to be with me and they have honesty been looking out for them self and just about money for them. My experience with Suntech has not been the best. If you are looking for a team that will keep you informed of everything every step of the way, Suntech Solitons is NOT the team. I was never told when the solar panels were going to be installed, the installer and his team arrived to my house unexpectedly. I also financed the HVAC system with them but was also never kept in the loop as to when the installer would come to my house to get measurements. The HVAC system that we had discussed that I wanted was not the system that the installer showed up with. I ended getting the split system after talking to the tech and also do to the system I was originally wanting being over the budget we had agreed on. Do to the lack of communication and me not getting the HVAC system I originally wanted I asked for an explanation of expenses, that I have yet to receive. I was also never shown how to use the solar edge app. I hope this info helps other individuals, before you do anything with Suntech have it in writing and just know that you will have to be on top of the team constantly to keep you in the loop of what is going on and be prepared to have technicians/installers come to your house without you expecting them. The technician came out more than once, but the problem was never properly diagnosed. What concerns me most is that a visibly improper wiring connection (taped and not professionally installed) was missed during these 2 visits, even though it appears to be a likely cause of the issue. Instead, I was quoted for a broader repair that included replacing additional components such as wiring and a thermostat, without first isolating and confirming the root cause. The process stretched out over time, including a canceled appointment, and ultimately the job was not completed by Kelly Rush. His choice. He didn't charge me, but what a waste of time. While this approach may work for customers who prefer a full replacement of a thermostat plus exterior wiring (without pinpointing the main issue first). It was not a good fit for my situation, where I was looking for a more narrowed step-by-step diagnostic process. He quoted me 425.00 for a thermostat and exterior rewire. I did not get the choice to make sure my thermostat was even faulty. For context, I was open to upgrading the thermostat, but my primary goal was to correct what appeared to be a previous installer's improper wiring on the exterior of a new Mastercool 6410 unit. I would recommend making sure a thorough inspection and clear diagnosis are done upfront before moving forward with repairs. Photos of the wiring condition were also provided after the initial visits, which further highlighted the concern.

What I liked about Rush Maintenance is that evaps are his specialty. Kelly (owner) immediately gave me an estimate, and soon thereafter quoted me a fair price. I was scheduled for 3rd day 8AM. He arrived promptly, replaced entire system, cleaned-up, & left before noon. My home even got cold that night--loved it! I asked him if my long-time heating unit needed replacement, he checked it, said no & explained why, I appreciate the honesty. No problems, very satisfied. I recommend Rush as he will get my repeat business. A plus: He speaks Spanish.

Terms, Conditions, financing were all clearly written, and adhered to rigorously. No hidden fees or unaccounted costs. I recommend getting any required electrical duct-work prepared prior to install day - We nearly had an incident where the electrical work was not complete in time for the systems and it would have cost to have the crew revisit to calibrate the systems.

Tech initially came 6 days ago. I'm frustrated that i have to see my baby struggling with the heat and afraid of her having a heatstroke. Coincidentally, there is a good review here with someone that has the same name as me, makes me wonder if they make fake profiles to keep a good rating. Since we're still in the process, if they are able to meet my necessities in the time frame I was given, within the next 2-3 days, I may consider changing my review. for now it's just leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
