He messaged me back within 30 minutes of sending the original message, even when he was working that day. He went over to my parents yard that evening and gave a real quote that was very reasonable. He already had a payment plan and structure given within the first couple of messages after the real estimate. He sent over the official quote, my parents approved and he got them on the schedule within the first week. Did a great job on the first week. He was also open to different plan options. Would recommend! There were many great options for lawn services in the area but he was very responsive and worked with what we needed for first time non-do it yourselfers as my parents are used to cutting their own lawn.

This company showed up with a giant limb fell onto my house, assured me for 45 minutes that they could handle the job. Contract was signed for the two part job to be done all in one day. Then the equipment stopped working and the excuses started. I had to beg them for the photos they took of the roof to send into the insurance company and he very maturely stopped responding to my messages altogether. TWICE the owner Steve King no called no showed scheduled appointments with no phone call explanation. They left rust pile messes in my yard, oil stains on my sandstone pavers, and wanted to try to tell me that *31 days* from the time the contract was signed was an acceptable amount of time to get the job done. Don't be a fool like me and put your money and trust these guys. They completely took advantage of my emergency and vanished with my payment in full.

UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE I made an appointment and confirmed…read morethe appointment. I was then told that they can't make it. Same thing happened for 4 days. Then yesterday I was assured that they would be there. I received a text saying they would be there in 10 minutes. About 15 minutes later I got a text saying that they could not do the back yard because the 60 inch mower could not fit there. I told them I was only concerned about the front right now and I would be there shortly to pay them for the service. I got there and nothing had been touched except for the gate to the back yard was broken and no other indicators that anyone had been there. It is speculation but I am assuming they tried to get the mower into the back yard and broke the gate and high tailed it out of there. I sent 3-4 texts asking where they were and why they said they were there when they were not. Why all of a sudden do I not get a response from them?? I even sent a text today saying that I would like to hear from someone before I write a review that they will not like too much. They lied to me about coming there for 5 straight days. I ended up going to Lowe's and buying a lawnmower and did it myself Can't emphasize enough how unprofessional it is to no show every day for nearly a week and not even have the courtesy to call or text after lying about being there to perform the service
