Called and spoke with the owner Steve Adams, and was told that he did not have to honor this part or labor since 30 days had past. I called another vendor today to have another key provided. Lock and Key Expert charges: +$500 Other vendor used today: $200 Will never recommend or use LKE again. Not concerned with customer satisfaction, or retention. Just overcharging for defective products.
