I agreed to it. It's a tiny shop that's next to a gas station. It looks completely run down and if it weren't for the reviews, I'd have a hard time seeing myself here. I was told that I'd be able to come pick it up in roughly 3 hours. Kudos for allowing same-day service. By the time it was ready for pickup, I came in to inspect the phone. I noticed just there are some gaps on the screen but it was responsive. Right as it became time to pay I learned they were unwilling to accept the Yelp check in offer of 10% off and would charge an additional $20 fee when deciding to use a credit card. I went out to get cash and eventually paid. When asking for a receipt, he gave me a piece of paper with some scribbles and largely illegible penmanship. Overall the repair was successful, the price was right, but the inconvenience and shoddy customer service might mean I will reconsider my business if this ever happens again.

I paid $100 and waited 3 days to have my android OLED screen replaced because of a hairline crack…read more I returned 3-4 days after that to have the back cover reglued because it was not completely closed and had a 2mm gap with oozing adhesive. I returned about a week later because callers kept saying I sounded far away or my voice was going in and out whether I was using the speakerphone or not. I called and visited the tech who said he could hear me clearly and that it was probably the cell network. The problem never resolved after performing network, software, app, safemode troubleshooting and a factory reset. I opened my phone to inspect its components and the whole phone was covered by white balls that had leaked from the loudspeaker which had apparently been damaged during repair of my screen. The white balls had covered the microphone and seeped into every crevice of the phone. I spent an hour brushing and blowing the debris out of the phone crevices. The problem with callers hearing me has been resolved. I used this company once before in 2023 to replace the screen on another phone and had no issues.They seem to have quality control issues now and made my phone worse. I do not recommend this company for quality repairs. The name on the business card is the same as on Yelp but differs slightly from the sign in the store. I went to the store whose business cards matched the name advertised on Yelp. Since you have to pay in cash and they don't give you a receipt, you have no proof except a sticker on your phone case that you even used the company.
