Today is Friday 17th 2017 and no one can give me a direct answer on what is going on. The car is a total LOSS, one would think it is an easy claim since there is no other car involved and nothing to investigate. Nothing has been done this whole week. Liberty mutual is a joke. I also work with a rental car company and have experience with other insurance companies, geico or progressive would have settled this claim already.
