He went the extra mile - arrived early, stayed late and even help participate... in my proposal plans (I proposed at a local art gallery and he acted as if he were the gallery guide). He has a unique, creative style and was able to capture exactly what I wanted in my engagement proposal photos. Every single one of Jason's photos was incredible and there were over 200 of them! After the photo shoot, he got the photos to us with the quickest turn around time I have ever seen. The ordering process was a breeze and he provided the digital copies to us so that we could use them on our wedding website and Facebook. Jason really bent over backwards for us - whenever we needed something, he was there to provide. After waiting Two hours Bekka finally called us back and then left for a bit. So I had a cranky two year-old running around, wanting to play with everything in the studio and having very frustrated parents trying to catch her and tell her no while we waited for our photographer to return. When I booked, I made it known I was bringing my two year-old. We also put in our booking and when we checked in that three people were gonna be photographed and we were also doing some family photos. My mother-in-law who is also there after the first set of picture said we need to do the family one and she ignored us. Her alarm went off and she was like we're done. I told her what about the family pictures and she said I didn't know you wanted a family pictures. The reason we got to do them and we didn't even get to do that many was because I told her one on the paper you have it says three people are being photographed, two when I booked I put that we are taking family pictures as well so it was on everything and three my mother-in-law just said we need to take the family pictures. We have come here every year for our Christmas portraits and this is the first time we had this photographer who actually apparently is the manager. She's not great at listening, was not great with the kiddo. Would not recommend this photographer. Love the rest of the staff. Manager talked down to them like crap and they were the best part.
