She woke up several times during the session but Maricela managed to put her back to sleep to get the shots. She's very comfortable with babies. I felt like she was doing acrobatics with the baby when changing clothes. I even learned some tips to calm her when she's fussy. The studio is well equipped with many different props. It is so hard to pick because all the props are amazing. You don't need to bring anything. She's always upgrading and adding to the extensive wardrobe. She has several closets with clothes, wraps, head gear. She will help you with styling. I contacted some other photographers and they directed me to hire a stylist. You only need to send Maricela some inspiration photos and she will deliver! Her maternity closet made me regret not having a maternity shoot. The sessions aren't pricey. What breaks your bank are the photos. However, she has many different packages for every budget as well as a las carte options. You'll just have to settle for less pictures. This isn't JC Penny. The camera she uses and her skills make the pictures flawless. Her work is worth it.

I originally was supposed to go through Edson Photography who cancelled my session 15 minutes before I was arriving after spending 2 hours and $250.00 on hair and makeup (which wasn't even the end of that horrible experience). When I reached out to Abba Color Photography, she immediately responded and fit me into her super busy schedule. I was so incredibly grateful for her and ended up being so much more pleased with the communication between her and I than the other photographer. She actually felt like she loved her job and it wasn't just a business transaction. Going to her studio, I was even more pleased. She has literally EVERYTHING you can think of there for a photoshoot. No need to come with all these props for yourself because she has it all! The pictures arrived to me a DAY later to pick which ones I wanted for her to edit and send to me. The unedited ones turned out so beautiful and I can only imagine what they are going to look like edited and finished. I am so incredibly happy with the results. Her response, timely delivery and professionalism is amazing. And it was so nice that she has her mom work with her to help out!
