This location is filthy. Bathrooms need sanitized. Front desk rude, doctor is not self explanatory. Prepare for long wait. You will not only waste your money but they take advantage of your insurance and no results. Not a good experience here. read more

Waited six weeks to see the doctor for a skin check. Prior to my appointment, the office sent me all there documentation I needed to fill out BEFORE my visit. I showed up for my visit and was asked to fill out all the documentation again. I stated I has already done so and sent it back. The lady asked the lady sitting next to who immediately replied she had no paper work. I work with customers on a daily basis and have no time for people who cannot do their jobs. As she insisted I had to redo the paperwork, I asked for license and insurance card back and left, their reply, "have a nice day". My reply, not as arrogant. read more

My first visit took a couple months for my appointment, but it was well worth the wait! Dr. Abbasi is an excellent doctor. He knew, right away, that what I had was not warts, like I had been told by a different doctor who was milking me. Dr. Abbasi sent a biopsy in to confirm his diagnosis. If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. The front desk staff is absolutely awful to deal with, and beyond rude. Any time you call, they are not willing to assist with finding an appropriate appointment time. I brought both my children here and the experience with one doctor was absolutely horrendous. At this point, she probably shouldn't even be practicing. If you are looking to get an appointment, they're booked out and never have room to squeeze you in so you'll be waiting forever. If you want a good office to go to, this isn't the one. The staff is beyond rude, they only have ONE specialist in there with any common sense, the rest have no idea what they're doing. read more

I had a skin check done in March. I had to call Abbasi's office for my path results (after they promised to call me). They were supposed to send my results to a surgeon who would call me to schedule an appointment. I had to call to schedule the follow up myself and once at the appointment, in May, we discovered they still hadn't sent my path results over (two months later). They had to call Abbasi's office 3 times for my results to be sent and had questions for the doctor, but the office was closed for lunch at that point. Terrible experience. read more

Worst Downriver dermatology office!! Inexperienced Physician assistant Leslie. Went here to get some cosmetic work done (Botox). This isn't my first rodeo with the product/ process (use to go to AMY who was phenomenal). Her technique is complete shit. she either diluted the product with too much saline which made it ineffective or doesn't have the slightest clue on how many units to use or how to properly inject the muscles. After receiving my injections, I was told the usual to wait 2 weeks and come back if you still have movement, etc, for a touch up. at the 2 week mark i still had full-movement it was as if nothing was done at all. I immediately went in, and she concured, that i needed more injected. she basically re-did my forehead and either side of my crows feet, and tried to charge me again for the service i had already paid for. this place charges per-area not per unit, and since she clearly didn't put enough units the first time, that is on them, not me to pay for the area a second time when no results were yielded the first time. They finally came to their senses and said you're right. I got the same info to wait 2 weeks and to come back if it still wasn't right. well today is the 2 week mark, i had an appointment today to go back and have her fix the area AGAIN for a third fucking time as it still has movement in certain spots, meaning for a second time she either diluted the product to much, didn't inject it correctly, or didn't inject the proper muscles or put enough. I got a call this morning from them prior to my appointment telling me that if Leslie has to inject any more units, that i will be charged $12 per unit... on an area i had already paid for, which she cant seem to get right. when this was said. i told them before i give them anymore money, I'll go somewhere else. Leslie and Abbasi Derm, if you are going to charge per area, then you certainly cant charge the same client per unit, that's a way to make double money on a procedure that was already paid for by one of your hired PA that clearly cant do injectables correctly the first 2 times. Clearly Leslie needs more training on how to administer/ inject injectables. read more

I would NEVER recommend this place!!! They are all about making money and put me through 2 biopsies for a simple ringworm diagnosis. They gave me steroids which even took longer to figure out what it was since it masked my condition on the biopsy. Biopsies cost me an arm and a leg. Same thing happened last month when I brought my son here. Couldn't tell me what he had. Put him through a $250 biopsy that was not covered by insurance and told us nothing. Never even got out a simple woods light to make a proper diagnosis. Needless to say, we got out of there before they sucked us for more money. We went to Henry Ford Dermatology and boy, what a difference!! They actually know what they are doing. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!! read more

Abbasi Dermatology completely put my mind at ease! With skin cancer running in my family I had a couple spots that had changed. He did a quick skin sample AND his staff called me to let me know it was clear. I'll continue to go for my yearly appointments and tell my friends and family to do the same. They were quick to let me know that my sample could be charged toward my deductible and were very knowledgeable. read more
