I randomly developed a terrible case of eczema on the backs of my legs that resulted in an incredibly itchy rash that I couldn't clear on my own. The rash got so bad that I now have scars from itching my legs raw in my sleep. I was miserable and expressed this to the doctor on my first visit. He prescribed me two creams which after 3 appointments I told him were ineffective but he did not offer any other solutions. I also received a skin biopsy and my cousin who is a nurse was appalled at how terrible of a job was done with the stitch. After seeing the doctor for three months, my rash was still as terrible as it had been when I first went in. On my last appointment I had to ask him for my skin biopsy results because he didn't think to offer them to me and told me that I had an allergy and there was nothing else he could do for me. His exact words were "there is something called a patch test that can be done to determine what you're allergic too but I don't have that in my office so let me know if there is anything else I can do for you". I honestly felt like the doctor could have cared less about how miserable I was and once he realized there was no money to be made off of me. I saw another dermatologist who actually cared enough to help find a solution to my condition after only a month. I saw Dr. Fligiel for three months and his services were completely useless.

He said mom your doing it all wrong, those are not pimples on his nose, you caused it by using dove soap. He told my son listen to me if you don't want those use only zest soap in 1 month they'll be gone. I felt horrible when he told me you never pop bumps like that you'll scare him for life. I felt like the worst mom ever! Fast forward to 5 months zest used twice a day for a month no change.
