Then my cat Sweetie Boy became very sick and I had to put him down on 11/11. I had to cancel my appointment. I paid in full 9/6/2024. I called them 3 times and left word but because they do not check their phone calls until they come in on Monday morning they didn't get the message. Then the person who makes the installation appointments doesn't come in until Tuesday. Finally I called at 11:35 Tuesday as I had not received a call as to when I could expect a new installation date. So now I am at the back of the list of installations to be determined and cannot be done until sometime in December 2024. It was not my fault my cat Sweetie Boy got ill and had to put down. I had no place to take him and me for two days. Wonder if they would have called if it would have been me that had to be put down?

My husband went into their Waldport store to check on grout that he ordered 3 weeks ago. The owner, Jane Clark, said she never finished the order and that she didn't "need money from an a**hole". And when asked if this was their business plan, Jane's husband stormed out of the backroom (without a mask) and said he was calling the cops and then flipped my husband off. We're not sure what is going on with the owners, but this is the most unprofessional, wacko reaction we could ever imagine. Don't waste your money here, the owners are unstable and bizarre.
