We were concerned about the dye lot matching since it was in our hallway and would be obvious if it didn't match. It matched ok color wise however, you can see the seam between the two pieces. There was also an obvious seam going into the bedroom which we asked to have re-done. After it was re-done it was better, but still very visible. We also paid extra to have them move furniture. They only sent 1 person to do all of the moving and installing which resulted in some damaged items.

Debra (co owner) tells me I'm looking at $20,000. I was pretty upset that I had budgeted wrong. Inflation she says. Yes I've heard and experienced that but she is talking about 122% inflation since 2019 (35% a year). That, we haven't had. Luckily, I called a couple other places and found out I'm looking at bout $12,000 for pretty good stuff. So...before going with them I'd get other quotes.

I never thought I'd write a review like this. Last year we…read morehad 3 flooring projects that we went through Panhandle Carpet One. We purchased two different flooring materials and used two of their contractors to lay the floors. The first project was finished. A couple of months later we let Paul, our salesman at Panhandle, know that the flooring was separating at some of the seams. The contractor had to come back two times to repair it. It appears that issue is fixed. The second project, different contractor and different flooring, appeared to be ok. The third project, same flooring and same contractor as the second project appears to be doing well. Early this year we noticed a couple of floor seams in the second project were separating. My husband called the contractor, but never heard back from him. A month or so later he called Paul at Panhandle to let him know there was an issue with the flooring. No reply. We went into the store and left a message as Paul wasn't there. Still no reply. We went in again a little over a month ago and spoke to Paul again about the issue. He said the contractor was busy on a job, and then was going on vacation. He would let the contractor know about the issue. As of today, we haven't heard anything. It would probably take a qualified, skilled person with the right tools as short time to fix the flooring. I guess we will attempt to fix the floor ourselves. I guess once the job is done and out of mind they don't seem to care a lot about continued customer relations and fixing an issue.

What a fantastic experience of picking out product from an extensive inventory and then Chuck coming to the house the very next day to measure and prepare a bid. Great customer service. Once purchased Chuck scheduled our installation a week later. Torry and Joe showed up early on 10/22 and began the installation. Both seasoned installers with years of experience and knocked out the entire project in 1 day. The finished is beautiful and my brother could not be happier with the quality of the finished work. Finally, the devil is in the details. Torry and Joe replaced all the furniture and did an immaculate job of clean up of old carpet, and sawdust from the flooring cuts. Well done!
