Instead, he acknowledged my frustration and disappointment and explained that they truly want every customer to have a five-star experience. I was impressed by how he handled the conversation--with professionalism, class, kindness, and a sincere desire to make things right. It's clear he cares about both his customers and the reputation of his business. Most importantly, they followed through and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I am extremely grateful for their willingness to listen and take action. While my initial experience left me frustrated, the way the owner responded says a lot about the company. Wayne came to my home in Spokane Valley, WA to give me a free estimate on how much it would cost to stretch my carpet and came back the next day to start working. It took Wayne a little bit over an hour to stretch all the carpets in my house. I was a happy camper after that. Overall, great customer service, reasonable price, quick and well done job. Wayne reglued several loose transition pieces and to fill the small gaps at joints, he used a…read morecompletely different type of trim that did not match at all. It was a different size, shape, and color. There was another area that the glue did not hold and Wayne did go back to reglue it, but he would not replace the filler pieces that did not match the existing trim. Ultimately we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Wayne would not accept our offer of partial payment for the work he did complete. The quality of work was terrible.

Brothers went above and beyond fix the problem coming out on a Saturday and one other day to resolve the issue after the flooring was installed. They were able to find a discontinue piece of trim to finish the project. Andrew as responsive and really helped solve a problem which was unforeseen by everyone until the carpeting was removed. In addition, the team finished ahead of schedule and the flooring looks great! There is always something problematic which comes up with home projects, and it was great that Brothers was able to make everything right without a hassle.
