We viewed her website and fell in love with her style of photography. So natural and so beautiful. The first time we met with Rachel we instantly clicked. She has such a wonderful easy-going and bubbly personality that I just adore about her. We knew she was "the one!" We recently had our engagement session with her in Boston (in the middle of the city, SURROUNDED by people) and we were so nervous that it would be awkward and uncomfortable. But after a few shots were taken we felt totally relaxed. Rachel has this incredible gift that seems to make herself and everyone else around become completely invisable! My fiance and I felt like it was just us, hanging out, enjoying the day in town. And of course Rachel would help us with poses and found some beautiful spots for the pictures. You can tell how much she LOVES her job! It was such a wonderful experience. I really don't know how she does it! We haven't seen the pictures just yet but I know they will be gorgeous! I have yet to see a photograph of hers that isn't perfect and we are SO excited to have her shoot our wedding. She isn't going to be just "the photographer at the wedding." I decided to check out her Instagram; I was pretty open minded about the photos so I needed to check out everyone's work. The photos were simple yet classic, soft and whimsical. I had to find out more. I was contacted promptly after inquiring. After speaking with Diana, I knew I had the right photographer. She's a really kind and genuine person, which made me feel incredibly at ease as someone who was going to handle my newborn. I felt like she was someone I could grab a coffee with! Her professionalism is off the charts - she's been doing this for 10-11 years and her work is just incredible. Aside from that she is just the sweetest and friendliest person ever :) She makes you feel so comfortable in the studio which I loved because my boyfriend is super shy (I usually feel awkward elsewhere)! For both my maternity and newborn sessions she got SO creative! She created these beautiful color schemes and amazing portraits! The environment she creates in her studio is perfect, comfortable for you during the maternity shoot and even more comfortable for the baby during the newborn shoot! The only problem was we didn't know any photographers...Thanks to Yelp and Google we were able to find Heather. We are from Pennsylvania so we had a long distance relationship until the day we met Heather for the pictures. Heather was great from day one, she made everything so easy for us and we couldn't have asked for more. Heather was easy to work with and she made us laugh from the first photo to the last. She was very professional and is truly an artist. We visited numerous locations throughout Boston and it was a great time. We will never forget Heather laying in the middle of an intersection with cars honking just to get that perfect picture of us. During the pictures, Heather was giving us great food recommendations for our visits to Boston but we didn't have a chance to write them all down. So about 20 minutes after we left Heather we received a text listing every restaurant we had spoke about from her. We ended up going to one of her suggestions for lunch that day and it was delicious! Fabulous from the beginning, Sarah is just super-sweet and welcoming. The package we bought also included hair and makeup and her connection with Jannicke Welde, the makeup artist, is right up to par with her services. She has a studio in her home and we started there doing some portraits in our regular clothes and then changed into our wedding clothes and she followed us down to the church. Our poor son was nap-deprived, and both children were a little hesitant at first - but both of them warmed up fast and she had them smiling and giggling in no time. I love her ability to use light to it's best advantage and we were thrilled with the photos. Our package included the digital images and I was totally in love with the packaging for the jump drive. From start to finish, Wassim did a great job with the photo shoot for my husband's family (his…read moreparents, brothers and their significant others -- totalling 8 adults for the shoot). During the planning Wassim was incredibly accommodating as we juggled everyone's schedules and found a time and place that worked for the whole group. A few days before the shoot I received an email from Wassim with some things to think about (like what to wear) and an update on the weather (and the potential for snow). It definitely helped us prepare and coordinate. The morning of the shoot, Wassim called to once again confirm that we were on and to tell me that there was a chance for snow, but if we were still game, he was too. During the shoot, we all had a great time -- over the course of our 90 minutes together Wassim took about 120 photos (in a variety of settings and with different combinations of people). He did an absolutely WONDERFUL job is capturing these family moments (and achieving my mother-in-law's dream of having an official family portrait with her entire family). Since the photo shoot, Wassim did as promised, sending us a "teaser" with a few pictures within a few days of the shoot, and then a link to the rest of the pictures within 5-7 days. He's followed up once again to see if we had any questions, comments or adjustments that we wanted to make (we didn't -- the pictures came out so well). I've already ordered several pictures and my mother-in-law is on her way to a massive family collage. Without hesitation I would (and already have) recommended Wassim as a photographer. His great demeanor helps calm any nerves and his pictures will definitely be treasured among my family (and I'm sure many others too).

We hired Deb to photograph my parents' 50th wedding anniversary in August 2025. Family traveled in…read morefrom out of state, and this photo session was meant to be my gift to my parents. We are not the type of family that normally arranges professional photos, which made this even more meaningful to us. After the event, I repeatedly followed up throughout fall 2025 asking for access to the gallery. When Deb finally sent it in november, I discovered that the majority of the photos were missing. There was not even a single photo of my entire family together from that day. I was later told that the photos had been accidentally destroyed. The situation was heartbreaking and incredibly disappointing. Since then, I have continued asking for access to the few photos that did survive -- especially the pictures of my parents with the grandchildren and photos of the kids alone -- simply so I could download and print hard copies for our family. It has now been many months without any response or download link being provided. What makes this even harder is that Deb had photographed my daughters since they were toddlers, nearly every year for the six years. Not only did we lose irreplaceable memories from a once-in-a-lifetime family celebration, but the experience also completely damaged that trust. I understand that technical issues can happen, but the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability afterward has made an already painful situation far worse. Nearly a year later, we still do not have access to the few images of that day.
