The whole experience was positive from start to finish. It was wonderful to be greeted by my first name when I walked into the Center; the staff are so warm and personable, and I never had to wait. I appreciate the time Dr. Tucker and Dr. Zeckser spent with me to listen, assess and understand my problems and decide on the optimal treatments. That is so refreshing! I have been suffering from back and hip pain for the past several years and despite many different treatment modalities, short of surgery, the pain only worsened and slowly shrank my world. I was a very active woman who enjoyed a variety of physical activities, but over time I could not tolerate any of them without severe back and hip pain followed by lingering pain for days afterward. I could not sit still for a conversation, a meeting, a car ride, or a flight. My world shrank more. The final impairment that motivated me to explore stem cell treatment was when I could no longer tolerate a leisurely walk with my child. My world was closed. I had my Premium STEM Restore treatment into multiple disks in my low back and into my left hip about 5 months ago, and had a follow up "Stemish" fertilizer treatment 2-3 months ago. After both treatments and recovery period, followed by physical therapy I felt a substantial improvement in my back and great improvement in the hip. We consulted with physicians who all recommended traditional surgery. We had heard about stem cell repair and were skeptical that it could work for her situation. Dr. Tucker was thorough, honest and transparent about the procedure and outcome we could expect. She had the stem cell procedure in February, was on crutches for 2 weeks and was very mobile wearing a brace within just a few weeks. Her recovery and physical therapy outcomes have been outstanding. I'm a 51 year old retired veteran, with over 30 years of service to my country. I have had 34 surgeries from my time in the Afghanistan and Iraq wars. I've been seen, here, for the past 4 years. What did I do wrong: I couldn't pay them anymore money. Tricare pays minimum. So, they invented ways to get rid of me. It worked. They lied stating my surgeon didn't report my medication after my surgeries, so it's my fault, even though there were vebal and written records that state otherwise. They called in for a pill count, for the first time since I started with them over 4 years ago, after they KNEW I was on vacation in another country. Europe isn't a 6 hour drive. The one that really gets me is "Failed to bring in bottle" after they do a urinalysis.

After a nerve issue in my…read moreback affected my leg this summer I decided to see if physical therapy could help to ease my pain so I could run normally again. Andi, Jamie, Ken and Kaitlyn were able to work their physical therapy magic on me for a couple of months and I am happy to say that I am now back on track and training for a half marathon in one month. If it wasn't for the exercises, stretching and traction that they provided me with during my appointments I don't think that I would have gotten better on my own. Thanks so much to Theresa and Hannah for coordinating all of my appointments and I know that if I have any more issues that Physical Therapy can help with that I would definitely go back to STAR Physical Therapy in Lebanon!

He worked with me through the pain; gently pushing me when I needed it and letting areas heal when they weakened. I never thought I would get back to a normal life, but For the most part I have. He graduated me right on schedule with a home program for the rest of the way. Also, the entire staff is very friendly to its patients and each other.
