The shop is just up the hill from Pietro's Pizza and just down from Shortt Supply. Cathy runs it all by herself and is hoping to hire some new barbers as we reopen from Covid. Online scheduling is simple (don't have to enter credit card info or any of that hassle) and is only a couple steps. I personally have not ever had to wait more than a couple minutes as Mike finishes up with a previous customer which then allows me to schedule a haircut between meetings.
