Received a new prescription on 12/7 - Dr faxed prescription to Medwest while I stood in the office. 12/15 still no equipment - Medwest says they have no record of it. Re-faxed information. Gave Midwest the information that they could call. Next came a ton of excuses ranging from "well I only worked a half a day, I had meetings all day, I don't have their phone number, I don't have their fax number, the fax comes back with black lines & I can't read the fax." Called 12/29 & offered to pay to push this prescription through faster. Called 1/5 got a manager involved & gave them til 12pm on 1/6 to get the prescription filled. Medwest called at 1:42pm 1/6 to say they still didn't have the right fax information at which point we told them we no longer needed their services. Went to another medical equipment store and had the correct prescription not even an hour later. Pretty pathetic!!

If you are there for then three minutes someone will come and offer you help. The other day I was waiting for an item and had three employees come offer to help me. It is this attention to customer service that keeps me wanting to go back to this family run business. The selection is huge for a "small town" hardware store, it rivals what you can find at the big box stores, but with a much more personal touch. I walk in and people remember my name, and even ask about how my projects I have worked on have turned out. So if you are looking for great selection, great prices, and by far the best customer service anywhere stop in and check them out.

I would have preferred the blooms than to be cheated out of my favorite flowers, all while having to pay the price we agreed on for ranunculus even though roses are less expensive. This vendor is untrustworthy and deserves one star.

Thorcraft made a kitchen full of cabinet and drawer fronts for a remodel. The wood stock was gorgeous, the woodworking craftsmanship was perfect, and the finish was flawless. I gave them approximately 25 oddball measurements to the 16th inch on every dimension, including the bore holes to fit current openings and hinges. I did not expect everything to fit perfectly, but it did. Thanks Josh and Jesse for a kitchen that looks like I spent $10X redoing it.
