They don't listen to what you want, and give you a completely different pizza than you order. When I brought it up to the manager and the person who took my order they did not give a shit. I ordered a half plain half roasted garlic pizza. I got a chicken roasted garlic pizza with chicken mushrooms onion and garlic i said to the manager i can't eat mushrooms and he just stared at me. I brought it up to the woman who took my order and she said when most people order a roasted garlic pizza they mean the chicken roasted garlic pizza . The customer service sucks!!! read more

Where to start. When we got here, there was a large party in here, but they' were wrapping up. We ordered 2 small pizzas and 2 coors lights ($54 by the way) and we sat down and waited for our pizzas. No one came in and ordered after we did. We waited 35 mins and I went up to ask what the status was and the guy said they were getting ready to go in and it would be another 15 mins or so. Try 30 more mins. Pizza was just ok, but the experience sucked. Avoid, as there are much better options in the rogue valley. read more

First had this pizza from the original location in south Medford as a kid. After this particular store was taken over from the old Pappy's Pizza, it has gone through some modifications...but still has some of the best-tasting pizza i've had in years. I've missed the crust used in the Rogue Valley for years. It's good to be back and taste it all over for the first time...again. read more

Visited about a week ago for the first time in 20 years! Had high hopes even though they don't/can't have the buffet lunch anymore. Ordered a Greek Veggie with Pepperoni (yeah, I know) to go and it was like a step back in time. Smelled wonderful and looked even better - then the taste - yep, exactly what I wanted. How did they know I love garlic??? Service was prompt and friendly. Prices have certainly gone up, but what hasn't? Thank you for staying the course and not falling into the 'gourmet', limp thin crust with 1/8 cup of toppings. This was a real old fashioned pizza. read more

Never been so upset at a restaurant in a long time. We ordered barbecue boneless wings and when we got them they were pretty burnt and didn't have much sauce on them so we decided just to give it a try since we were pretty hungry. Not only were they burnt but they tasted HORRIBLE. When we were leaving we brought the plate back up to the assistant manager and let him know the issue. He said "it looks like you ate from it. What do you want me to do with this?" And my husband asked for a refund and let him know my kids couldn't even eat them and his reply was "you should've brought up when you first got it. Sorry" The assistant manager already makes you feel so unwelcome every time we've been to this Abby's and it's obvious he doesn't like his job. I guess Abby's is marked off our pizza dinner list. Horrible customer service. Ordered a pizza for delivery and it was not what I ordered. Called and spoke to the very rude manager that was only going to have the delivery driver bring me the missing toppings. I asked him to just bring me a replacement small pizza and he said he couldn't do it. I asked him then to credit half of the price back to my card and he said he could only give me an in store credit. I said that would not work for me and he said "I don't own the restaurant and don't make the rules". After that rude statement I said again that Would not work and to credit my card. He said "I will just cancel the order" and then hung up on me. I hope I don't see a charge on my card and I will NEVER do business there again. read more

Had a truly fabulous pizza last night. Large half pepperoni, green peppers and olives, half Italian sausage, green peppers and onions. Ingredients go all the way out to the edge of the crust, unlike some chains where the crust is 1 1/2" of naked bread. Speaking of the crust, it was not too thin, not too thick, light and crispy on the bottom and slightly chewy inside..in other words, perfect!! Young lady at the register was very kind and helpful with us as we had never been there before. Also have a nice looking salad bar, lots of interesting ingredients and very fresh. We would definitely go back if ever in the area again. We are traveling through the area on a summer vacation trip so we may not get here, but we hope others will give them some business from our review. read more

Please don't make the salad bar an after thought. When we arrived it was messy and empty, total turn off. We enjoy the pizza but I was really hoping for a salad. I am very disappointed... again... Seems like this store is the worst by far. Ordered pizza, asked to pickup later and when I got it, it was cold, the chips and chicken were also cold! Seems every time I try to get pizza from this location it is a problem. Never have any issues at other locations. Very disappointing to have it keep happening at the same location... Poor management and customer service! Bought a pizza and played Oregon slots for a hour or so. Went to cash out our winnings and was told to sit down it will be a while. Assistant manager said I have had 28 days to cash tickets and I could come back. What?! Took over 30 minutes to get cashed out! On duty assistant manager Kenny E. was rude and obviously doesn't know how to win over return customers. Restaurant Manager Chris Nelson nowhere to be found? I ordered ahead online because the phone rang multiple times with no answer. I sat in the car for about 10 minutes before going in. I watched about 5 employees vaping/smoking in the back by the delivery car. Once I walked inside I noticed the back door was wide open and the employees still in the back smoking. The manager was at the cutting station with no gloves and boxing the pizzas all while touching the cooked pizzas. I checked in and then all the employees taking a break walked in. None of them wore gloves nor washed their hands after coming in. One went straight to the mushrooms while refilling them grabbed them with his bare hands and smashing them down. The manager seen all of this and didn't say anything. The other younger employee looked like he was in training. He was itching his nose and then went to check on the pick up orders without washing his hands. All around it was disgusting! Place needs better staff and management. read more

Whenever my boyfriend and I go on vacation, we try the local pizza. First visit, we went to Crater Lake and stopped at Abby's on the way back. Oh my, was this Hawaiian pizza great! One of the best we've ever had. 2nd visit, after going on the amazing jetboat ride on the Rogue River - the same Hawaiian pizza was just as great. This is the worst abby's experience I ever had. I visited this abby's three times for the buffet. For 10 bucks there was no Pizza on the buffet. When they finally put pizza out they put two mini pizza's out with ten or more people waiting for it needless to say I didn't get any because the ten or more people ate it gone before I got to it. The old people thaT are working this place are cheap and lazy. The down stairs area stinks so bad I had to move up stairs just so I could choke down this salad, with almost rotten olives and transparent lettuce. This place should be shut down. I have never had such poor service in my life I waited for 1 hr&15 min for a delivery and when I called to find out about my order I was told my order was ready but they had to wait until they could get a driver to deliver my order. So we dont often get to eat put or order food and last night I decided to treat the family. Ordered our food and went in to get it, nearly 80 dollars for 3 pizzas yikes. Got home opened the boxes to find one pizza STONE cold, and the other not to my order. Mad as could be I called up and informed them of the issue and was told that my food would be remade. So within an hour my food, whole order, was remade and delivered to my house with a store credit of what I spent on my order. The pizza was HOT! Very good. This place is horrible. I haven't been here in a couple of years because they always mess up the order with no apologies. I decided to give them another try today and stopped by for their lunch special - mini pizza and a 20 ounce drink for $7.25. The manager started to take my order and I asked before placing my order if the gluten free crust was extra and was told no. The manager then switched me off to a woman who was slower than a slug, couldn't answer my questions, and didn't know how to use the cash register (she was not a trainee). Once she rang up my total, it was more than the stated price which was being advertised on an electronic sign in front of the register. When I asked her why it was more, she said that it was because I got 4 toppings. I pointed out that the ad was for 4 toppings. She then insisted that it was more because prices went up today. I again pointed out the sign/ad and the price on it. Then the manager rejoined and decided that it was because of the gluten free crust (mind you, he already told me that the crust wasn't extra). He then got distracted again and told the lady to finish my order. Back to confusion. I finally just paid the higher rate and then was handed a very small cup. Again I questioned the cup size as a 20 ounce cup is advertised. They laughed and said that refills were free. Great, so they don't honor anything about their specials and treat it all like a joke. Pizza was good, but there was a big party of teenage girls in the main part of the restaurant. They were yelling, and running through the restaurant with cupcake smashed on their face. No one told them to calm down. Rediculous! Not a respectful situation for the rest of us trying to have dinner. Parties should be held in one of the reserved areas- of which were empty. While the pizza is descent the service today was at an all time low. I called in was on hold for five minutes and then after placing my order was told would be thirty minutes. When I arrived, thirty five minutes later it was not even started. Now it has been an hour and I am STILL waiting for my pizza. You would think the place was packed.
