Always decent food at good prices. Today I stopped in after dropping some yard debris at the dump. Got the kids some garlic cheese bread and myself a cold one to cool off. I had come across an old $15 gift certificate when I was cleaning out my truck awhile ago. I called the manager at the time, Kenny, and explained my situation. He said to come in and they would still honor the expired certificate. So, finally, today I'm in the area and decided to swing Inn. The girl at the counter listens to my story and quickly honors Kenny's word. I was gonna eat here either way, but was super stoked that they went above and beyond to take care of me. This is a huge reason for the 5 star review... the fact that they did what they didn't need to, yet was a great business decision is reason enough for me to continue to support this local business. - No more delivery service. - 6:45pm ... I just picked up a Bobio's sandwich and Bobio's salad. Looks like they made this meal with their eyes closed. The salad is terrible. They said food is made fresh but all the cut ends of the lettuce are dry and brown . No fresh tomatoes. It's lousy. Glad I didn't order the full size. This place used to deliver great food. Something changed. Now it's like they are just throwing something together into a box - Not worth the trouble. I'd show photos but who wants to see brown lettuce? We were coming from the VA (we're both Veterans ) and we were hungry. This is my first time at Bobbio's ever. The young man with blonde hair was very polite. I ordered a chicken Bacon sandwich. Now when I order a sandwich, I expect lettuce, tomato, chopped chicken and Bacon, maybe some sort of sauce. Nope. A flat square of bread doused in BBQ sauce with too much cheese, not enough Bacon or chicken. A greasy, chewy, very difficult to eat mess. After not receiving our order last night (see previous review) I attempted to find out why and called late this afternoon and asked for a manager. The person who responded said that he wasn't on last night but promised to research it and get back to us when the manager who was on last night came in. I ordered delivery online, waited around an hour, called to get an ETA and was told the order didn't go through but somehow the $30 had been taken out of my bank account. I was told nothing could be done because they just closed and I would have to call the owners tomorrow, then hung up on. UPDATE: Apparently nobody at this location can do anything about a refund. I've basically been told nothing can be done about it and I've had to dispute the transaction with my bank. read more

Its a trade off. The food is cheap and easy on the wallet. They even have weakly specials. The food is overly greasy though, but tastes good. Its not going to win awards but they aren't cheating you either. All in all if you want pizza but don't want to spend a fortune its an alright option. We entertain ourselves while traveling along the west coast by trying and evaluating pizza everywhere we go. Bobbio's has a singularly incongruous pizza. They have one of the most perfect crusts we have found anywhere. It is the perfect thickness and texture and when you pull it apart and smell of yeast is obvious. It is truly one of the best, I could go on and on about the crust but you get the idea. So why only two stars? This same pizza has a tiny amount of the most dull, tasteless sauce we have found anywhere. This really illustrated for us the importance of good sauce because we found that even the best dough cannot save a pizza with lifeless dull sauce. Toppings were excellent but excellent toppings are very common and often even poor pizzas have quality toppings in our experience. In the end we added a store bought pizza sauce to the last few slices and the improvement was substantial. There is much better pizza in Medford and no reason to pay top price here. This one cost $30. but was no better overall than something like Pappa Johns. read more

That, and any place that serves "taco pizza" can't possibly have any idea what a good pizza is. And then you see the place -- it's in the Cascade Shopping Center in White City, on Crater Lake Hwy and Antelope Rd. Based on where it is, you already expect a scuzz-fest. And it is scuzzy inside -- if Purple Parrot sold pizza instead of sandwiches, this is what you'd get. Video gambling behind saloon doors, and tons of other lottery paraphernalia make you forget it was pizza you came here for. But the pizza is surprisingly edible. Crust isn't as crispy as Abby's, but not as doughy as Figaro's. I'd say it's somewhere in between those two, minus the sweet goodness of Figaro's pizza sauce. It's not the greatest pizza around -- especially compared to the places down in Ashland, for example -- but for White City, not so bad. read more

Very good pizza;.horrible service, cleanliness, and ambiance. We ordered a pizza over the phone at 7pm on a Wed night. They said it would be twenty minutes, so we waited and then headed over to pick up the pizza. When we arrived, they not only hadn't made the pizza, but also didn't seem to have a record of our order at all. Had to re order, then sit in a very dirty restaurant for forty more minutes while waiting. It would have been nice to order a drink while unexpectedly waiting, but no one seemed to be around to help customers. I was pretty pissed off by the time that pizza came out. As for the pizza, the ingredients were very good. You have to look past the grime of where it came from, though. read more

Went to the central point location on a whim because we just happened to be walking by. It was around lunch time still and the restaurant was empty, not a soul to be found dining here (I understand why now) the girl working there watched us walk in, and still walked to the back without greeting us. About three minutes later she wanders out, still no hello, just a delightful "know what you want?"... we must have been REALLY putting her out, since they were SO busy lol. She was no help when deciding what to order, and after ordering returned to the back. They had 3 drinks out of order on their soda fountain, and the change machine was out of order. There was dirty hand prints all over the windows. I saw 5 different employees, all of them seemed to be hanging out in the back and not wanting to be bothered by us annoying customers. Eventually another couple arrived, also first timers, and we both asked for ranch, they had to go MAKE IT... in a pizza restaurant, with no customers and 5 employees?? Really?? It took about five minutes for them to bring it out, then back to their hang out they went. We had to "ring the bell" to get help, and then someone one would be bothered enough to come out. If I owned this place I would be firing several people, earning money doing as little as possible. Ps: the plates were all wet when they gave them to us, and dirty (anyone with a food handler card knows not to give customers wet plates or cups) Just avoid this place and save yourself a very frustrating, gross experience. read more

First time ever trying this restaurant, I called at 5:00 for delivery since they said they delivered to Eagle Point. They told me it would be between 45 minutes and 1 hour. An hour and a half later the pizza had still not shown up so I called to see if it was out for delivery. They answered the phone and immediately put me on hold, for 7 minutes.... when she finally got back on the phone I asked if my pizza was on its way and she put me on hold again. When she answered again she told me it was not ready yet but when the delivery guy got back it would be with his next deliveries. At that point it was almost 2 hours since I had ordered. I asked her to cancel since it was almost 7:00 and I had to feed my family . She just hung up on me. Maybe when I had placed the order if they would have been realistic with the delivery time I could have chosen if that would have worked for us. Or if they had called to let us know they were running so far behind. Either way I can definitely say this is not a place I will be calling again. Like any fast food place, high turnover rates can cause problems with staffing. However, the food is delicious and well worth a visit. This store is primarily a delivery store, though, so while there is some indoor seating (and people come in for lunch quite often), most people prefer to just order deliveries from here. Lots of new updates have happened, and if you previously had an unfortunate experience, I would encourage you to try again. read more

On Taco pizza I ask for regular pizza sauce and it is excellent. They do what I want with no problem, and I appreciate the flexability and willingness to make it the way I like. Asked for a longer time in the oven to crisp up the dough and they did it. My wife likes lots of cheese and I try to cut back on it so they put mine on hers and no extra fee. It is fair but few places pass up the chance to get more for extra even if you leave it off another equal size order. Good taste and nice people, so I give them high marks. Not comparing to a 5 star steak house, just to similar options here for pizza. read more

It's much improved on the inside. Very clean and redecorated. But the food is inconsistent. One time it's really good and the next the pizza is over-cooked, and dry. It's was terrible. Very good pizza! I think it's the best in the valley! The combination pizza is one of there best. Chicken pizza is my personal favorite and the taco pizza is the only good taco pizza I have ever tried and it's actually delicious. I took my dad there for lunch one day, we both got the special sandwich. He said it was one of the best sandwiches he had ever had in his life. The store is not dirty it's just old. The place is well kept up. Every one of the employees I have met treated me proffesionaly and made sure I was happy. Bobbios is a local gem and me and my family will be returning soon, hungry for more. read more
