Me and my crew are ready for some lunch after being out on locations all morning. That free hotel breakfast only gets you so far. I thought of this Mountain Mike's Pizza lunch buffet that runs Mon through Friday 11 am till 2 pm. You wanna get here early when the fresh pizzas are coming out. The price is $11 with no drink and $12.50 with a soda. That's not a bad upcharge for the soda, compared to what other places charge. We got there a little after 11 am and I just told the cashier 5 lunch buffets with drinks and paid with my card. We got a good table, cause I think you might not get a seat if you get here in the middle of the lunch rush, especially with a party of five. The pizzas were already out and there were a good variety of choices. I didn't know exactly what each one was, but I could spot my fave combo pizzas and a friend saw they had some with pineapples on it and of course the pepperoni for the less adventerous. All the pizzas had a good amount of toppings so we were all pleasantly surprised, not like some pizza buffets where it's just the cheap pizzas that get put out. They even had a nice salad bar that came with the lunch, but me ... I'm saving tummy space for pizza! We all thought this pizza buffet was well worth it and had all kinds of choices, plus the quality was up there with some of the best, non buffet pizzas. read more

Food is good. I like the salad bar. However, their restocking is poor. Many items missing. Only 4 pieces of pizza with a full restaurant. This is the daily special at the Barnett Road in Medford, Oregon. They don't seem to anticipate restocking or keeping track of what is empty. When I got there they said I only ordered the pizzas. THEY LIED!! Then, they had the nerve to get pissy with me when I confronted them. The location of this is the one on Barnett in Medford. This place has half a menu only. Every single booth bench was covered in crust crumbs. The only televisions that had a channel on were the ones the employees were watching. The entire decor loomed like bar rescue. For being brand new the table I had to sit at because of the dirty booths rocked so badly my pint of beer spilled all over. read more

I gave my order to the cashier, picked up my plate, and drink glass. Got my own food at the lunch buffet, got my own drink at the soda machine. I then turned into the eating area, and EVERY SINGLE EMPTY TABLE WAS LOADED WITH DIRTY PLATES and other various lunch trash. Not speaking poorly about this location in particular. I've been eating here for the last two years. Their app used to be really great! Earning points for free food over time. Their last app update sucks. It removed all of my points and keeps telling me that I need to "verify" my email address. It shows me my correct email address, but never sends me anything to verify. I've even checked my junk/trash email. Apparently I can't use points or utilize any of their online deals unless I verify my email, which I can't. I really prefer thin crust pizza which Mountain Mike's has, but it's either not popular or hard to get for some reason. Im absolutely disappointed. I ordered pepperoni pizza, extra meat and add bacon, extra bacon, i also ordered cheesy garlic sticks and a 4 pack of pepsi. The pizza didn't even come loaded woth pepperoni like their pictures show, much less the extra I paid for, same with bacon. I'm bummed, quality and care has gone down hill. Picked up 2 large pizzas, one Veggie and they forgot the tomatoes and it wasn't nearly as fresh as it used to be. I truly love mt. mikes, they're ranch is stellar, pepperoni the best, salads used to be incredible (before pandemic) I really want them to rally to get it back on point. Biggest problem I saw while picking up is cleanliness, a little wipe and sweep would be nice, as in the place had zero eat in customers and the kitchen is filthy. I definitely understand that sometime things do not go as planned and the difference between a good business and a terrible business is how those times are handled... I ordered about $120. Worth of food and literally every single thing was either missing or incorrect. The forgot l my 9 drinks, forgot the Cesar salad, forgot the blue cheese for the soggy disgusting chicken wings, put bacon on a Pizza that I requested no bacon on, forgot the plates and napkins and utensils. When I called to express my dissatisfaction with the 90 wait becoming over 3 hours I was told I was lying about the bacon on the pizza and Ashley told me she herself looked at me pizza and it had no bacon on it. We came to the Barnett street medford Oregon location tonight and spent about $70 in food and about $30 in the arcade. The machine ate 2 quarters once and they replaced them then about 30 minutes the machine ate the quarters again and the staff refused to replace them. They said they would tell the owner. We won't be back. Seems silly to lose $100 worth of business over .50 cents. Letting the kids have fun at the arcade is one of the main reason we come here. We have anticipated the opening of the Owen Dr location. We ordered for take out. I arrived 15 minutes before my pizza was ready. No one acknowledged my presence at the counter the 15 minutes I waited. I asked one gal about my order, she checked on it, completed my cash out and 5 minutes later left to make a delivery. I don't think she told anyone that I was waiting. After waiting another 5 minutes and 3 staff members looking at me but not checking on me, I asked for a manager. I don't think the first person was confident she was a manager. Another black shirt (I believe those are the managers vs crew) handed me my pizza. Big fan of this place. Pizza is very good 4/5 but the service is what pushes it over the top. I ordered for the first time last night. The person that took my order was genuine, personable, and took the time to answer my requests for recommendations. Food arrived at or a little before the quoted time and my (slightly particular) instructions were followed perfectly. Unfortunately, the pizza was missing an ingredient. I realize part of it had to do with the way I ordered and the way the ticket was printed. No worries from me. We have ordered often throughout the last few years. But I have noticed the last few orders have been very skimpy on toppings even when you request ( and pay for) extra. the pepperoni is mini, which we love. we use to ask for double pepperoni and it would cover the whole pizza. Now double pepperoni is only 2-3 mini's per slice. Asked for peppers and olives.. again very sparse. maybe one pepper and one olive on a slice. If I am going to pay nearly 32 dollars for a large pizza I do expect to get the toppings I asked for. read more
