Frozen is gooey in the middle. Mass produced feels like you're eating an under done cracker. The pizzeria I worked in used fresh dough, where the skins were cut to size, covered in our homemade sauce, cheesed basically, and then refrigerated. As a consumer: you shouldn't have to worry about dough, or sauce, when it comes to ordering a pizza! I'm glad they stuck around until mass food delivery became a thing!
