They always understand the fear children have especially if it's a very scared child. My kids have adapted very well to the environment because they take baby steps and don't push the child if they are coping well. I love how they offer entertainment for the children: Tv, consoles, and books. They even have a TV displayed on the ceiling while they get their cleanings. The facility has high quality equipment and very emaculate both the clinic and restrooms. I can't say not one negative comment because they exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this dental office. I almost forgot while we don't have the most amazing dental insurance and they worked wonders to find the best way for my child to afford her dental procedure!! Office feels older and a little run down…read more I took both of my kids for cleanings. They took each kid back separately and had me sit in a waiting room. Keep in mind they are young- 7 and 6 years. My kids were scared having to go back without me. What really upset me was that they recommended a tooth pull, three crowns and a filling for my daughter and five crowns for my son. I never met the dentist. I am guessing that the dentist examined my kids after their cleaning but she never approached me, introdced herself or explained her exam or recommendations. This feels very wrong in a pediatric setting. The front desk staff told me this information while my daughter was crying. It was very unsettling hearing that my children needed this much work without hearing it from the dentist and being able to ask them questions. I listened to my gut and got a second opinion. New dentist said they each need two fillings and no crowns or teeth being pulled. That's a huge difference. For young kids who have a lifetime of dental appoitnments in the future, I want to create as little traumatic dental experiences as possible. Lesson I learned- listen to my gut and get a second opinion when something doesn't feel right. Warning to anyone going to this dentist who may need a lot of work. Don't let them take advantage of you. Also- they charge 25 dollars per patient to forward records. I imagine this is an effort to dissuade patients from transferring dentists. This also feels wrong as patients should have access to their records.

The wait was about 10 minutes to get my xrays done then I was taken to room for gum exam, then a 5 min wait to see Dr Patel (who was super friendly and helpful) then the benefits coordinator came in and allowed me to pay and schedule my next appointment in the room. Finally a short wait to see the hygienist (thorough, quick, friendly) who performed my cleaning and fluoride treatment. Overall I felt great about the experience. The proximity to my house and the overall organization and professionalism will bring me back here in six months for my next checkup.

On 12/16/24, I had teeth whitening done on the upper & lower arch. Even though I told them that my insurance pays for 50% of each arch, the lazy office staff did not verify my coverage, but instead has me pay in full and said they would issue a credit when the insurance paid their portion. Fast forward to March 2025, I go in for an appointment and bring them 2 letters that my insurance company has sent them asking for additional information on the whitening service that I had. PMD had never responded to the request for information!!! Now I am asked to pay for that days appointment when i should have had a credit on my account! Fast forward again to July 2025, I am scheduled for an appt on the 21st. This time I call the office prior to my appt and STILL no credit. My insurance paid them $227 which should now be a credit on my account. I am furious. I cancelled my appt and I will no longer do business with these people. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and TSBDE! Next, it will be small claims court. It is really stupid that I have to waste time on this! BEWARE! Make them verify services with the insurance. Do not pay in full waiting for them to give you a refund!!

Dr. Pham's excellent bedside manners were compassionate, empathetic and actively engaged with me throughout the surgery. I was a nervous wreck, scare and full of anxiety due to the unknown.
