Cassello's did an amazing job on our property. Excellent pricing, clear, prompt communication,…read morebeautiful work, and just really nice people to work with. Will be using them again in the fall for sure.

I've hesitated to write this review as I was hopeful that Cassello would Honor their contract &…read morecomplete the work they were hired to do. Regrettably, that's not the case, so here I am. Also, please understand that I never like to speak negatively about a company because I never want to take food off of anyone's table who's getting up to Work/Provide for their families, especially during these times. That said, as a paying customer, I also do not like to be lied to nor taken advantage of because I too work very hard to protect/provide for mine. I hired Cassello, in May, to remove several bushes that had overgrown a bed behind my house & were crowding my patio space. I informed the Salesman that once removed, I would place large vases with colorful plants instead, for better use of said space. We agreed this would be a better fit. He even shared that he & his Wife had done the same & they loved the look. The crew arrived, as scheduled & were very efficient, or so I thought. I was disappointed when I noticed that large stumps remained in my beds & questioned #1) how I would place the planters with them there #2) if the bushes would grow back I informed that I would not pay the balance, at that time, & requested resolution. A few days later, I rcvd a call from the Owner. Again, I explained my concerns & disappointment. I also provided pictures to support. He offered to send his Salesman back to cut down further, so I could place my planters, as well as to treat the areas with a "spray" which would prevent the stumps from growing back. I thanked him for providing a solution & promised to pay the balance upon completion. He came & I did. I was still, however, concerned how I would be able to place the planters because the stumps were still visible but I could see that they were sprayed (because the roots were dark) & that they had been trimmed NOT cut NOR dug out But I'm no tree expert so I elected to give them the benefit of the doubt, that the "spray" would kill off the remaining roots & eventually I'd be able fill the area as I explained. Sadly, this is not the case.... The stumps started showing signs of NEW Life... I even had my Landscaper cover them with weed barrier & landscape rocks, to create a level surface, for me to position my planters & the bushes broke through‼‼ It is now, July. Less than 2 Months, since I contracted/paid Cassello for their removal & they're back. Truly frustrated, I took new pictures & sent them to both the Owner & Salesman, last week, requesting their support to resolve & the Owner sent me a quick response stating that their work was NOT Guaranteed & that the only way to guarantee the bushes wouldn't return would be to remove them YUP, you read that right.... I reminded him that this was EXACTLY what they were hired to DO & why I was following up seeking support & resolution.... Haven't heard from him since.... I pondered, over the weekend, re: My next steps, as they have clearly shown me there's. Then I remembered... They sent me several request, to give them a Good Review. Well here goes....‼Be careful what you wish for & Honor Your Word‼ Cassello, if you're reading this, I hope it was worth it. BUYER BE WARE PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK YOU MAY HAVE CHOOSEN TO GO SILENT Cassello BUT I WILL NOT BE IGNORED

I initially hired them to remove a poorly…read moreinstalled concrete patio, but after speaking with Joshua (the owner), I decided to go a step further and have a new pea gravel patio installed along with a step under the door. I also had some brick repairs done on my retaining wall and had the driveway seal coated. Every part of the project was done with care and precision. The work was impeccable--they even worked through Memorial Day to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Joshua takes immense pride in his work and it shows. He thoughtfully assessed what needed to be done and consistently went above and beyond to ensure the results not only met, but exceeded my expectations. After a previous bad experience and almost being scammed by another so-called "contractor," I was understandably cautious. I asked a lot of questions--so many that I even annoyed myself! But Joshua answered each one with patience, professionalism, and kindness. His passion for his work is obvious, and it gave me so much peace of mind knowing I was in good hands. If you're looking for a contractor who delivers high-quality results, values your satisfaction, and truly takes pride in their craft, look no further than Trout Concrete. Don't hesitate--they are prompt, thorough, and genuinely committed to doing the job right. I absolutely plan to work with Joshua and Trout Concrete again. Next up: repointing my steps and possibly creating a new path in the yard!

It was supposed to take 2 weeks. It took him 3 months. I would not recommend him. I don't think he's ready to start his business yet. The one loyal worker that worked with him. Martise was very nice. Josh was rude to him at times mortise work very hard. Josh would go off for hours saying that he was getting supplies and would come back. Hours later, only to sit down to get on his phone. Some of the work he did. I was happy with at first but towards the end, he got sloppy things that I asked them to do. He wanted to do his way, and that's what the customer wanted. I paid him a lot of money, never late when he asked for money, he said in his contract. He wanted the money when jot was completed. When he got money before the job was completed. And I'm still not happy. I tried to be patient with him. Knowing that things do come up things do happen, but he took advantage of my kindness. He left electrical wires exposed in the rain and told me that it would be okay, really. The amount of money that I paid him. I should have been satisfied. I think not.
