The biggest difference between them and the contractors I had spoken with prior was his level of professionalism, clear communication and prompt follow up. Once we committed to their services, the job was completed within a week and I received pictures and updates every step of the way. The crew was extremely courteous and made sure to thoroughly clean up, sweeping the area several times to pick up trash and nails. I had this company do a roof replacement on the upper section of my home because of damage caused by a fallen branch. my roof was 4 1/2 years old. They did a terrible job on the chimney flashing. The material used appears to be faded and certainly not new. It doesn't even match the lower chimney flashing and Robert gloated about how wonderful "TITO" or whatever the heck his name was, at doing chimneys. I regret letting him cut into my 100 year old brick. He spray painted the screws with a tan color, for rust purposes I guess, and it is dripping all down the faded dark brown. He also insured me of a color match. OMG, it's horrible looking. I was so busy looking around at other more critical damage to my home this isn't even the worst of it. They installed some new gutters along the lower portion of my home (where they did not replace roofing) and they RUINED THE ENTIRE FIRST ROW OF MY EXISITING ROOF SHINGLES. They are bent and cracked and punctured in spots. The gutters leak and and are poorly hung. They also fell off their ladders and chewed up my composite decking and scratched my vinyl posts along with scraping my back door. This company NEVER fixed any of their damage and they took off with my 8850.00 !! Don't let this company anywhere near your roof !!!!!!!!!! or your HOME!! terrible customer service and poor workmanship !!!!! The owner, Lance was a used up excuse of a human being. He offered me a "valium" when I first met him. He was adamant about NOT fixing anything and said his guys were done here. What a joke that he calls himself a businessman!!! not to mention completely unprofessional !!!! They never intended to make good on their work, even after acknowledging the damage they did !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These people need to be OUT of business. There is not enough room for all photos of their wake of destruction to most valued asset, my home. Don' be their next victim. read more

We had our roof was done last year. We not happy at all they left lots of mail around. They never clean up Our attic. We try reaching them and they never call back. The back porch gets wet every time it rains. We are disappointed. When businesses they call every day. Mike is the guy we did the contract with. read more
