I talked to a short lady that works there and I believe she may be manager or assistant manager and I told her that I would come in February 9 and get my Frontend aligned because I wanted to rotate my tires. February 9 I come in and I believe his name is Richard Hall, tall, black man, about 6' 3 He told me the mechanic said "my outer tie rod ends bad," I told him no way are my outer tie rod ends bad, I checked him. I asked Richard to show me; and we started walking towards my truck, and when we got to my truck he told K Ron to show me the worn out Tie rod ends. K Ron didn't jack up either side of the truck in the front, he left it flat on the ground. He reached in and grabbed the tie rod and started swiveling it. He said see they're bad they shouldn't move like that. This K Ron needs to be checked, he doesn't know how to check parts, I was charged $60 for an inspection they never did and they never check my lower ball joints or my upper ball joint or my inner tie rod ends. He pulled the truck on the ramp and left it there for about 20 minutes, and then the next thing I know is he saying the outer tie rod ends are bad, which they are not, he doesn't know you're supposed to jack up one side to check it.

I took my car in for a radiator replacement. After picking my car up, I noticed that my hood was…read morenot completely closed. I returned to GoodYear and a mechanic attempted to correct the problem. After returning to Good Year 3 times, I was referred to a nearby body shop. After 3 trips to the body shop and several attempts to correct the problem, the body shop mechanic determined screws were misplaced and a couple of screws and clips were missing in the cover. The misplacement of the longer screws kept my hood latch from closing. He corrected their mistake and also showed me there was no anti/freeze in the reservoir. How do you replace a radiator and not add enough anti-freeze??? I would have burned up my engine.Good Year never offered an apology for their obvious neglect/error. It took over a week and a lot of my time to find and get their mistake corrected. I am quite disappointed in the repair and their lack of accountability.

I paid $839.00 for a radiator replacement and picked up my vehicle believing the issue had been resolved. Unfortunately, the vehicle continued overheating shortly after the repair and later became inoperable, requiring it to be returned to the shop. My vehicle remained there for an extended period. During that time, I called regularly for updates and was repeatedly told that no one had looked at it. As a small business owner who depends on my work van, being without my vehicle caused transportation expenses, lost work opportunities, and financial hardship. I was also concerned that my repair invoice stated my vehicle had "numerous oil leaks," but another inspection I obtained around the same time did not document any oil leaks. When I asked for supporting documentation, I did not receive photographs or diagnostic evidence explaining that notation. After my vehicle was returned, I continued investigating the overheating issue and discovered additional concerns with the cooling system. I attempted to resolve the matter directly with the company and spoke with a representative who expressed interest in resolving it, but we were ultimately unable to reach an agreement. Every repair experience is different, but based on my experience, I was disappointed with the repair outcome, the length of time my vehicle remained at the shop, and the lack of communication. I hope the company reviews its repair and customer service practices so future customers have a better experience.
