I heard of Avery's from local partnerships around town-- so I finally bit the bullet and called to bring my car in for repairs... I don't remember 100% but I think we were quoted around 1600 for repairs? Anyhow, after my car was completed, the total was a lot less than what was quoted over the phone. I was extremely impressed, not to mention, my car no longer sounded like it was shooting bullets everytime I stepped on the gas pedal I would truly recommend Avery's! Didn't make it a mile down the road and the check engine light came back on. Looked at their paperwork and it said "other work is to be expected" and they did not mention that to me whatsoever in the shop. Charged me $500 to replace a part that wasn't bad and didn't even diagnose the true issue. Won't be returning.

Did not make it home for the second time. Same thing third time. Third time was water pump. He picked it up again. The last and final time. They must have blown a head gasket on it but the owner hid the last time we went to get it and we paid them AGAIN and to this day the van still is not running because of Lou... Have not taken it back after payin Lou almost two grand and having a worse problem than we ever started with. All this and we think it only needed a radiator and instead of fixing that they screwed it up big time. It has been down for a long time now. Thanks for Nothing Lou. This should be a negative 5.
