After getting one estimate that nearly gave me a heart attack, I went to ABC for their estimate. The owner took a look at it and quoted a price 80% lower! He then asked if I had the time, they could fix it now. The repair was remarkable and more than met my expectations. I was recommended to use ABC by a friend. I needed the front grill replaced on my Ford E450 truck front end of my RV. I met Mark, the owner and he grumbled that he didn't work on RV's. I told him that it was just replacing the grill and the insurance company was paying for it. He told me to call back in 3 weeks after the New Year. Seemed like he was putting me off. I called back on the Monday after New Year and left several message and he never called me back. Finally one of the ladies called me and ask me if I had bought the replacement parts? Really??? Since when do customers order the parts for their vehicles??? I don't know how Mark stays in business if this is how he treats customers. Stay away from ABC Body Shop!! I found another collision shop and they fixed it in an hour. The other collision shop was referred to me by the Ocala Ford dealership. They replaced the grill in about an hour. Went there for an estimate to repair damage from deer strike on my dad's truck. Mark tells me he won't be able to get the custom parts to fix it like it was, so your dad will have to be happy with a plain chrome bumper. Mark then says, "He won't be around much longer to enjoy it anyway." With that attitude, I wouldn't have them fix anything ever. read more

oh yes. the owner Mark should definitely not be allowed to ever speak with any customer. he is rude, over bearing, offensive, and please do not disagree with him as he knows everything there is about body repair. he will insult you and kick you in the butt on your way out. On the bright side, his shop manager, Dennis is the best. Now about their work. definitely not the best. we had to have our work redone. We cannot in good conscious recommend this place. Owner of this business thinks highly of himself, called himself "a sage". Once he learned my insurance didn't cover collision and we only wanted a temporary fix so the car would be drivable he was utterly unhelpful. All we asked for was an estimate. Instead he started hounding me with questions like "Do you like living life on the edge?" When he saw the driver seat airbag needed to be replaced he turned to my fiancé and said it would be $2000 to replace just the airbag, then pointed at ME and said "How much is she worth to you?" Uh, excuse you?!Do not try to go here and try to reason with this rude man. All we wanted was an estimate, and if the car was a lost cause we would have thanked him for his professional opinion.
