Do not use this cab company. If I could put 0 stars I would. We had cab #106 and while his driving was fine, when it came time to pay, he was trying to hide the meter which showed a little under $20. We gave him $30 cash asking for a small amount in change to also nclude a tip based on the meter charge. He pulled out a wad of cash as if going to give us change, then all of a sudden refused to give change, slammed his door and about ran us over driving off. read more

ELDER ABUSE - I am writing a review on behalf of a senior citizen that recently used ABC cab. The senior citizen was released from the hospital at 2:30 am, the hospital called for a cab ride. I do not care that the driver had a terrible attitude, some people are just this way, but to damage, a walker to the point that it is inoperable and refuse to replace it is astonishing and disgusting. We are surrounded by crappy customer service all the time but to damage property that a senior citizen relies on every day is blasphemous. read more

Over charged for fare from airport to my home a short distance away. Not a way to compete with Uber. Charged 25 for a 13 dollar ride.

They don't deserve any stars. They were rude, tried to scam me and my taxi driver was reading a text and almost ran us into the sidewalk.

Horrible customer service. I took a cab from the airport around midnight because Uber was delayed. Ride was actually fine, which would be expected of any cab. But the driver took off from my house before getting my bag out of the back. Luckily I saw the name on the side of the taxi "Moon Taxi" as he drove off. At least that is what I thought. No such company in Boise. I tracked the company down through my credit card company, which obviously took a few minutes. I called ABC and spoke to the dispatcher, later self identified as Amelia. I explain the situation and ask if the driver could call me to arrange a meet location to retrieve my bag. She put me on hold while she contacted the driver and then tells me that the driver has a new fair and to just drive to the airport to find the driver and bag. I told her that didn't make much sense since he could be somewhere close and even if I drove to the airport, how would I find him? She proceeded to tell me it wasn't her problem and that it was my fault for leaving my bag in the cab. I reiterated my request to just have the driver call me to arrange for the bag to be exchanged. I admittedly was loud and irate at this point. Amelia who was probably tired, as was I, started yelling at me and insulting me while telling that it was my fault. I tried to interject but was cut off. So I found the spare keys to my vehicle (keys in my bag of course) and drove to the airport to randomly locate a taxi with my bag. I circled (because you can't stop) and didn't see anything that looked like my cab. I called Amelia and ate crow, politely asking again for the driver to call me so we could actually communicate and arrange for the exchange. Amelia again started to berate me and tell me to just wait at the airport, now well past midnight and snowing, yes in May. I asked her politely for her to listen to me while I vented about poor customer service. She listened briefly but told me she had work to do and disconnected. Well luckily sitting in the cell phone lane with my lights on and stopping every vehicle that looked like my taxi as it entered the airport, the driver saw me and stopped. I retrieved my bag and proceeded to tell the drive that I didn't appreciate the customer service, while explaining it wasn't him or the original ride home. He immediately cursed at me and told me it was my fault. Well I became irate and walked back towards his vehicle. Like any good puff chested fella, he started to drive away and said he was calling the police. I told him to go ahead as I continued to approach him. He of course cursed me at me as he drove off. I called him (saw a missed call on my log which from when he was pulling up) and returned the call. He immediately accused me of being threatening and being an ass for cursing out a minor (Amelia). Once he was done yelling at me while I remained silent, I asked him to now please listen to me. I accepted partial responsibility for leaving the bag in the vehicle when I stepped out of the taxi and not immediately grabbing my bag but vented about the poor subsequent customer service. He (refused to give me even his first name) proceeded to now insist he went out of his way to return to the airport to give me my bag. I explained that is why I wanted him to call me earlier, so we could arrange for the exchange without either of us having to drive all the way back to the airport. Anyway enough said. Under NEW OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT this week! Give them time to clean house of the Bad drivers and Bad dispatchers Anyone that wants to actually go to work and show up and be SOBER , NO drugs or Alcoholics. I am sure they could get a job. I know NIGHT shift has a problem with drivers and dispatch. Suggestion to the NEW management: NO smoking or dogs IN THE CARS! Really! Some of us get deathly sick. Don't stink like booze, smell like smoke,and chew, take a bath and actually wear clothes that portray someone that wants to make a tip. Bad attitudes and no shows should really just be gone. If they act or dress or smell creepy. We won't go back for more. Real businesses demand professional attitudes, dress, and showing up for work or your gone. read more

I utilized ABC Taxi every day when I was in town for work. The cab driver was warm, friendly, and completely professional. I now make sure to use ABC taxi every time I'm in town! read more

My friend and I got picked up very early on Saturday morning by abc taxi 122. My friend happened to leave her phone in the taxi. We called and the guy working dispatch couldn't really help us, he said we could call back at 1pm when the day drive checked in, well we located the taxi (thanks to the find my iPhone app). When we went down there to pick up the phone, the day driver was EXTREMELY RUDE AND HOSTILE. He threw a shoe and almost hit my friend and he told us we were annoying and "needed to get the hell outta here." Needless to say my friends and I who take taxis often will no longer be using ABC Taxi. Very unprofessional. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Called to get a taxi at a specific time, 10 pm, forty minutes after I placed the call. When I called almost a half hour after they were supposed to be here, all they could say was their cab was dispatched. They refused to find out where the driver was or anything. Called another cab company and was picked up in ten minutes. Steer clear of ABC Taxi. read more

If you have to get somewhere on time call someone else. We tried ABC taxi foe a trip to the airport to catch a plane. Called them a day in Advance. They didn't show up. We scrambled to get to the airport and nearly missed our flight. read more

You know the day crew does an awesome job, but night crew may be scared of the dark. Multiple times they show, but if you take longer than 5 seconds they leave you like dust in the wind. And of course.... You have the cabbis who only accept cash, even though on the outside of their car it states different. And seriously.... Quit begging for tips read more

terrible company. I was told that this cab company is run or owned by military vets, I chose them due to I was there for a training on the base there. I didn't feel comfortable with the driver, The driver was not allowed to go past the gate on the base to take me to my class. When I went to pay, he wouldn't take a card because "I have been taking cards all morning", Bad attitude. I later find out that this cab company was told to send a driver that has a pass on the base ad they did not. I had two other folks I was in class with who had same problem. I should have went with the hotel suggestion of using another company they recommend. I will never use these folks. stay away. If you use them make sure you have cash, I barely had cash. I had to use my lunch money. what was great was the base took cards. very unprofessional. read more
