Basically, we got new messy neighbors in which I saw a rat, had mouse activity in my home, and dogs got fleas within the same week. We were able to thankfully handle the flea situation on our own (Sean could have easily added on services but insisted that we were doing as much as we could, but did say there were things available to us if it got to that), but Sean put our minds at ease and went through our entire property and home.
