Basically, we got new messy neighbors in which I saw a rat, had mouse activity in my home, and dogs got fleas within the same week. We were able to thankfully handle the flea situation on our own (Sean could have easily added on services but insisted that we were doing as much as we could, but did say there were things available to us if it got to that), but Sean put our minds at ease and went through our entire property and home. He was able to pinpoint entry points and came up with a plan for us. He set us up that same day and we were able to monitor and end our issue. He really was so friendly, nice to talk to, very knowledgeable, and I trusted him and NEVER felt like I was being pressured or coaxed into getting more than I needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I will be calling again just to rebait and for maintenance services for my property as we definitely do not want another experience like this again!

He was incredibly responsive to texts, and even called me to discuss the pictures of dead/alive ants I sent him and ask questions. When we determined that we needed to spray the perimeter (which he came back to do another time when it wasn't so damp out), he stayed in touch with me to learn about progress after the spray to make sure it was effective. He clearly loves his life's calling, and is a delight to work with. From now on, I will have him come every spring (and whenever I spot a yellow jacket's nest as well!)

DO plan on wearing a face mask during the process. Dust does fly a little and some lands around the sites worked on. (This will surely happen with *any* HVAC vent cleaning.) They do vacuum floors well afterwards and I didn't expect them to dust all of my nearby furniture too; I did that. Tip re any vent cleaning by any company: I decided to handwash all of the vent covers removed. They told me that they would vacuum each one. I did not expect anyone to stand at my sink and handwash the "junk" that could not vacuumed off. Overall, Everclean did a great job for a very reasonable price given the amount of time and effort put in. They came over to inspect the damage, laid out the entire plan of what was needed to clean up the damage and laid down several heavy duty fans to start the drying process. They came by daily to measure the water percent in the affected walls, floors, ceilings and carpeting and they replaced the garage ceiling and insulation to prevent the formation of mould .
