Even though he was in Hamden and I'm in Madison, I crossed my fingers he'd come this far. He did so as a favor when he was in the area. He was incredibly responsive to texts, and even called me to discuss the pictures of dead/alive ants I sent him and ask questions. When we determined that we needed to spray the perimeter (which he came back to do another time when it wasn't so damp out), he stayed in touch with me to learn about progress after the spray to make sure it was effective. He clearly loves his life's calling, and is a delight to work with. From now on, I will have him come every spring (and whenever I spot a yellow jacket's nest as well!)

And we knew we needed to take care of it before a few ants became a lot of ants! We used Bethwood last year and this year we were a repeat customer. Al from Bethwood is smart, capable, and in just a short time the house was ready for a spring, summer and fall without ants! While we don't look forward to having more ants in the future, next spring we'll be ready to call Al at Bethwood to get it taken care of!

I tried doing it myself using a spray bottle with 1/2 water & 1/2 dish soap to be as environmentally safe as possible and then once soaked, I used a broom handle in my attempt to knock it down (I was behind the screen door). Huge mistake, didn't work and just made them rebuild it larger in 1 1/2 days! Luckily for us, this company was recommended and they did not disappoint! Dealt with Mickey who set up the appt right away after explaining the situation. Joe Jr was our hero to the rescue! He was on time, had everything he needed, suited up and got right to work! Sprayed the nest, tore the nest down & bagged it, then sprayed some more so they wouldn't come back again and it's been over a week being hornets nest free! Great company for all your pest control needs…read more I had a squirrel problem in my attic. I reached out to Pestify and I worked with Rob. He came over made the assessment and placed and set traps with a camera so they knew when they captured the squirrels. After catching 2 squirrels and putting stronger wire over the entry point. Then placed another trap just in case there might have been another way in. But no more issues with the squirrels. I hope I don't have any more wildlife or other pests but if I do, I would definitely go back with Pestify. And you cannot miss their truck!
