Our contact called for five applications including granular fertilizer and an aeration. To date, we have only had two applications (one by OSI and one by Cutting Edge) and should have had three by now. When Cutting Edge was here, I saw them and complained of the number of weeds in the lawn. I was told that I would be put on the schedule for a couple of days out for weed control. I was also told that they do not do granular fertilizer. I guess I could handle these changes. However, that was over two weeks ago and Cutting Edge has NOT been back to control the weeds. I have attempted to call them over ten times, leaving a message each time. I sent an e-mail from their web site and a message via Facebook. They refuse to return my calls. Each time I called other than one time, I was polite and just said that I had questions regarding my service. The impolite call was when I warned them that I was preparing to write reviews for Google, Facebook, and Yelp. I can't even get them to call me back so that I can request a refund for the rest of my service. I am afraid to allow them on my lawn with an aerator since I fear they will be careless and puncture irrigation and not fix it. I contacted another company to get an estimate for next year and was told that they had over twenty calls from OSI (now Cutting Edge) complaining of lack of service or responses. With service like this, I definitely will be looking for a new provider next year.

In those 20 years, I've only had one bad experience with their service. One of the guys forgot to close my fence gate, and my dogs could have run away(luckily we caught it in time). I called and complained, and ever since then, on the service ticket in big bold letters, it says "CLOSE THE GATE!" No problems since then. Just good, reliable service. I can honestly say that I have no hesitations in recommending OSI.
