Skill is very bad. One patient takes almost an hour to get the blood. The nurse is very unprofessional and rude.

The speed of blood extraction is very very very slow, with an average of 15 minutes per patient at least!!!

I donate blood often to the Red Cross and I had blood tests for many years (I'm 67). It is often difficult to do my blood draw because I have rolling veins. Martha did it easily, quickly, on the first try with no pain or jabbing and no bruise!!! She is friendly and highly professional.

Another thing is a lot of walk ins were seen before people with an appointment. I had to wait 2+ hours to get blood drawn. This facility needs to be ran more appropriately. And there is accessible water in this unit number. I was looking at the elderly waiting with me and it's terrible that there wasn't accessible water. Overall, I do not recommend a place that doesn't take care of its patients, show a little compassion for elderly that are trying to check in on the kiosk. This place is horrendous. I would suggest going to the Quest in Arcadia which has much more workers, bigger facility and you get in and out of there according to your time of appointment. In fact I was seen about 45 minutes before my appointment time.

The front desk staff is shockingly rude--to every single person in line. The line was out the door, and the receptionist was not only slow but actively hostile, snapping at patients and treating anyone who didn't immediately understand her with open contempt. There was only one phlebotomist drawing blood, and she also seemed overwhelmed and irritated. When I placed my belongings on an empty chair, she snapped at me: "Don't put your things there." This place is disorganized, understaffed, and completely unprofessional. It's a healthcare facility--people come here already stressed or unwell, and the last thing they need is to be treated like a burden. Avoid this location at all costs. Definitely do not let your family members here either. The receptionist was berating customers in multiple languages.

(5stars) The male phlebotimist at labcorp was amazing he talked to distracted me from the 6 vials of blood that had to be drawn. Definitely made it less scary. It didnt hurt too much when i got poked either. After 12 hrs, i have 0 bruising. Not even the slightest purple mark. Amazing! He also told me its okay to drink water and black coffee. I thought i couldnt drink or eat anything at all. But i will know for next time so im not dehydrated. I wished i caught his name. This is in the basement. I didnt have an appointment and came in around 12:30 to do blood work. They have kiosks where you check in. There were about 4 or 5 people ahead of me. I was called and the front desk gave me a cup and said you can do it now while you wait. Not knowing what she was talking about.. I told her i didnt think i could poop atm but it was just a urine sample. Bathroom didnt have much towels or toilet paper but at least they had them. After i waited about 20 minutes to get my blood drawn. The second time I came, I checked in at 10:30 AM and was told I would be guaranteed to undergo the urine drug testing. At 11 AM, a staff member announced that they were no longer guaranteeing drug tests, and that if we wanted to wait it would be another two hours. Three hours later, I was finally seen, which was incredibly inconvenient as I was nursing/pumping and staff failed to provide a place for me to do so. On top of all of this, two staff members were in the back gossiping about patients that had come and gone at a very loud level. They were so loud to the point where the front desk staff had to go back and tell the employees that they were being heard. I hope to never be back here ever again...

I came in with severe thoracic/scapular pain that had escalated to the point where I was struggling to think clearly or function normally, and the staff treated me with professionalism, urgency, and compassion from start to finish. As a new patient, check in was quick and straightforward. The gentleman at reception was courteous, thorough, and efficient, and I was brought back within about 15 minutes. Vitals and history were taken promptly and professionally, and I did not wait long before the provider came in. What stood out most to me was how the provider communicated. I'm a critical care nurse, and she treated me both as a patient and as a fellow healthcare professional. She listened carefully, asked appropriate questions, explained the plan clearly, and genuinely heard my concerns and suggestions. The treatment plan was thoughtful and appropriate for the level of pain I was experiencing. She had already planned Toradol and Decadron injections, which helped significantly, and when I later asked about adding Flexeril for the muscle spasm component, she was receptive and quickly addressed it. The gentleman who administered the injections was also personable, professional, and genuinely skilled. Two glute injections and honestly some of the smoothest IM shots I've had. Most importantly, I left feeling heard, respected, and substantially better. Within about 30 minutes my pain level had dropped dramatically and I finally felt like I could think clearly again. Healthcare workers remember places that treat patients well when they are vulnerable, and this clinic absolutely earned my trust. They've gained a returning patient if I ever need urgent care again.
