Every hr or so diaper change, attempt to feed a child every hr or so, play time, nap time. This looks really good when you are dealing with animals or non-living objects. When it comes to babies or toddlers, they cannot be treated like animals. Aardvark has completely ignored the fact that they are dealing with human beings. Left my 10 months baby with them and paid in advance. It was the first time for the baby and on the very first day when we requested the person in charge to pick up the baby to make a connection she responded by saying I have other babies to take care of. Baby was left hungry every day for 3 weeks and on every day when we called they simply responded they 'tried' but baby is refusing. Baby lost around 10% weight and was extremely anxious. Having said that, the primary person (director) is extremely professional and picked up our baby which did help our baby. She is very good with kids but unfortunately she is not the one who will care for the baby every day. I had made a request to inform us if baby is hungry for more than 6 hours. One day at around 3 pm, I called and asked about the baby. This time the person who actually took care of the baby attended our called. She rudely said, I tried and baby is not eating or drinking anything. I asked does that mean baby is hungry since morning, she said I cannot help. This was a trigger for us. We left our respective offices and rushed to pick up our baby. We immediately visited few day cares and finally settled with one home day care. In 4 weeks, baby was again in top 90% percentile of his weight and never refused food. All what was required was a humane touch and someone actually picking up the baby when he was upset. The fun starts now. I called the day care, wrote to them for refund. Even in shopping malls, when you buy a shirt, you can return it in 30 days and get a full refund. I am sure workers at this day care are also availing this refund policy. I requested the person in charge to refund money for the time, baby stopped going to the day care. She was extremely nice before that but after this refund phone call she was rude, blunt and basically told us to whatever we want. I wrote official letters and talked to my lawyer to pursue a legal action. However, we decided it is not worth our time or money (some 200 USD). She never issued a receipt for the money (company policy it seems). She hid behind the fact that we have signed a contract. She also told me that if I write a review she can delete it too. This could be possible on their website but not on Yelp, I hope. At the same time it is suspicious that there are no reviews on them on Yelp. Did some one delete them? So bottom line is, this could be an excellent place if your kid is independent. I will still be cautious as they are into money making business and also make sure that you read their policy and fine prints. If everything goes well your kid might end up becoming the brightest child but if something is amiss they will stand against you and your kid and also hide behind their company policy. I have successfully prevented dozens of friends and families from going to Aardvark. You can also search online for legal case against them when they were extremely 'robotical 'with other kid. I hope one day they will refund my money.

I had my daughter there since she was 10 weeks old (now 19 months) and I just started my 12 week old daughter there as well. The staff are warm, caring and conscientious (especially given my busy job). But at the same time they provide structure and learning. My daughter is learning her colors, knows almost 50 words, and is smart and well adjusted, I'm sure in part due to the excellent care she receives there. They come home happy and fulfilled every day. **Beware of Changing Lanes Daycare!! **…read more My experience with this daycare was beyond terrible!!! Especially when it came to how they treated my daughter, who has special needs. From day one, Chantell, the manager, assured me that they would work with my child through her behavioral challenges and support her as we were getting her into early intervention. However, their actions showed the complete opposite. One of the most shocking incidents was when staff threw clothes in my daughter's face and demanded that she dress herself when she was on the potty. They also snatched the tablet out of her hands multiple times when she was using it, treating her harshly instead of offering the support she needed. Two employees even called me to confirm my worst fears... That my daughter was not being treated fairly by the staff. (This was all confirmed through a phone call from previous employees who quit two days before because of how they treated children badly and they were not being treated fairly... They also told me that they were waiting for a reason to kick my daughter out..) When it came to money, they were extremely shady. One morning, they told me my daughter couldn't attend at 7:30am unless I paid the tuition that was due that day. They also claimed I owed extra money from that previous week (which we did not) Also I did not have receipts (Which is my fault) since I mostly paid in cash or Cash App, I should have known from there it was shady and everytime I asked for a receipt they would almost everytime make a excuse that some was not there or able to write me one or they would put it in my daughters bag). After giving them all my money, they miraculously "found" a letter underneath there keyboard with the portion from my daughter's father's tuition and went back through their logs to say I owed even more! After all this chaos, when I met with the director walking out after handing them all my money, she forcefully squeezed my hand during a handshake in a very unprofessional manner. It's clear to me that this daycare does not like working with children who have special needs. They kicked my daughter out as soon as the early intervention specialists started coming in. I've since heard horror stories from other parents about how they treat kids with similar challenges. They don't work with parents as a team to help the children; they just want to get rid of them. They didn't even provide basic care for my daughter. She came home every day in someone else's clothes, even though she rarely has accidents at home. She always had a bookbag full of pee clothes... The final straw was the day they kicked her out. My daughter scratched another child (which we deeply regret), but instead of handling it professionally, they packed up all her things and had them waiting outside. Chantell didn't even have the decency to call or email me. She simply met me at the door at 4:30pm saying, "Oh, by the way, this is you're daughter's last day of school," If you're considering Changing Lanes Daycare, think twice. They will promise you support, but when it comes to following through, they will fail your child in every possible way. They don't care about children with special needs and will go to great lengths to avoid providing the care and compassion they claim to offer.

They were denied snack time and had their slime that they made taken away and given to other kids. The reason for this was a pocket-sized light was found in the pool after their group got out. The camp instructor tried to get the kids to "confess" as to who took the thing and basically punished them when no one spoke up. As if the kids would know who did it. When the camp director finally got back to me when I emailed her, she admitted that one of the kids could have accidentally put in their pocket and that the "punishment" wasn't appropriate. I wouldn't send my child to this camp again.

This was her first child care experience which lead to scratches on the face, bruises on the wrist from grabbing my child. The first red flag was the teacher bringing her out like she was yanking her the second was my child screaming and saying oww now the scratches and bruises and no one is able to explain??? Idk why the state isn't investigating this facility. Diaper rashes, directors not caring about the children, teachers treating them like garbage.. ITS A PRISON with a pass code lock on the door literally!!! PLEASE DONT PUT YOUR CHILD THROUGH IT.
