So many wonderful reviews, and I have to second all the accolades for this company. It's a family owned and operated company, Ashley in the office and Brandon on the Ducts with his assistant. We recently purchased an older home and I don't think the ducts had been cleaned in at least 50 years. They were incredibly filthy! Brandon & Julian cleaned our dryer vent, which was showing "80%" clogged on the dryer display. They used a camera attached to a fiberglass pole to look down the vent. Looking at the image on his phone I could see the vent had a LOT of lint in it. They used a spinning brush in conjunction with a wet vac to remove the built up lint. When we looked at the vent again with the camera I couldn't believe the difference. It was completely clean. After reconnecting everything, they ran the dryer to test for leaks. Contacted Clean Air after difficulty and frustration with other "Big name" providers. Wanted a family owned business that would give me straight answers and not try to upsell me at every turn. I'm 26 and a first time home owner. The previous owners were not great at upkeeping the HVAC unit and changing filters, and the air quality was noticeably poor in the house, indoor allergies I hadn't had in years were acting up within first few days of moving in. I had reached out to a big name provider to get a quote for just cleaning out the ductwork in the house. This led to a $3K+ estimate for replacing parts and digital air filters for the hvac whole unit, or $10k plus to replace the unit entirely which is currently 9 years old but still working properly and blows cold with no issues. Not to mention they told me that the types of ductwork my house is built with cannot be cleaned by them because of the design and their equipment, which is the whole reason I had them come out in the first place. Frustrated I called Clean Air on a Friday night and heard back immediately. Brandon and his team called beforehand, arrived on time, and told me the ducts can be cleaned (which made sense I was very confused why the other company said impossible.)
