Door was locked. "Open" sign was off. Another customer was there to inquire about his car who didn't want to bother them by calling who left after 15 minutes. I left after 25 minutes. Door was still locked, sign off, no one there. Considering I have never been here why would I leave my keys in a dropbox? This owner apparently wants to disregard what you say, gaslight and lie instead of offering an apology to imply you are in the wrong. Why would one take their car even for free after this exchange?
