Have an normal issue, she can see you...have an emergency, she can be reached and will help you. The ultimate goal with this type of service is patient centric care and to save you money. How many PCMs am say they do that. Dr Calderon's office is new, clean, and has the ability to take care of you, the patient, when needed. The care she provides to me and my family is exceptional AND she gets to know you as a person. What more can you ask for in a Doctor or clinic.

I was told to get initial lab work done which I did. I communicated via the app that Euphora uses the date of the labs, but they still asked me to complete the labs even after I got them done. I found that a little weird, but no big deal. When it was time for the first appointment, I showed up a few minutes early and a sign on the door told me to please knock or call. I did both multiple times, and no one came to the door. Eventually another patient just walked into the waiting room, so I followed. I had waited 13 mins and no one was at the front desk. The other patient yelled "hello?" and someone finally came to the desk to help. I found it odd there was a waiting room yet we were told to wait outside the office--there weren't even any chairs or anything to sit in. The person who took my vitals didn't introduce themselves. Dr. C came in promptly, and while she was great, she provided a very, very rushed physical. The appointment literally took maybe 4 or 5 mins. As the appointment was ending, I asked what ever happened to my bloodwork and she said they still didn't have it but she would check (I had the labs done 2 weeks prior!). As I was leaving and getting into my car, Dr. C called and said they did, in fact, have the bloodwork and went over everything with me. While I liked Dr. C overall, between no one being at the front desk at the time of appointments and a super rushed first visit, it was a kinda crummy first impression, enough to make me cancel. I hope that Euphora Health can have attentive staff and remember how important first impressions are to patients! I will be looking into other DPC options in the area moving forward.

Unfortunately, her front office staff, specifically receptionist has Zero interpersonal skills. She doesn't make eye contact and she doesn't communicate what she's doing so you're left standing there wondering, "WTH is she doing" or "am I just supposed to stand here?" As previously mentioned, I've been coming to Dr. Warfield for years yet all of the sudden, this lady tried to charge me a copay for which I've never before had to pay with my insurance. She's also very depressing when she speaks. For patients who are battling depression and anxiety, it's extremely upsetting! As the face of the clinic, this position requires someone with energy and enthusiasm. It demands someone with optimism and excellent customer service skills- willing and excited to help out patients coming in for help. I can only hope this person receives the proper training needed in customer service or is switched with another staff member more apt for the position.

I came to get my medications renewed and my pharmacy sent them to be ordered from the office. When I returned to the pharmacy they said they never got a reply. I had to see someone else and then they moved. I recently went on Yelp to find a new doctor and saw that Dr. Chikkala was still at the same place!?? WT? I left another message, again, no response! I drove over there today and only the nurse was there. I told her about all this and said she would have someone get back to me. So Dr. Chikkala's husband (who runs the front) Just now called me. He was very rude to me. He said that because it had been almost 2 years that she was no longer my doctor, (well of course she wasn't). I wanted to go back to see her. He wanted to go round and round about when he "said" he called me back a long time ago and it was ME that never responded. LOL really? I DID call, MANY MANY Times! No one ever got back to me. Very irresponsible for a doctor's office. So, I said I would like to get in to see her. Then he tells me that I have to find another doctor because she won't have any information from the last 2 years?? Well, they can get that information from the last group I was at. He proceeded to then just make up stuff and it got ridiculous. He made no sense, I realized he was just being an ass. The nurse practitioner delivered fantastic medical care, address, and solve my medical condition that need treatment I am considering signing up for their membership, but there is something I need to evaluate with my overall medical insurance/care plan and a discussion for another day Bottom line here... When I came into Austin Primary Care a few months ago I was suffering from an uncontrolled case of Type 2 Diabetes and going through a rough patch, and over the last few months she helped give me the tools and most of all encouragement to get my levels back to completely normal (As of today!). I couldn't be happier with the care that I got, the healthier lifestyle I'm embracing and I really appreciated the online portal that APCC uses to keep in touch with your doctor free of charge if you have any questions. I sincerely got the feeling that the doctors here actually cared about my well being, which is unfortunately a rare thing to find as of late. Highly recommended, and I'm very grateful for her ongoing effort to steer my health in the right direction.

They are not taking any new patients so they probably do not even care what we think but if they ever do again .... stay far away. This practice is getting worse & worse, do yourself a favor & just keep looking. All the complaints posted about them prior to this post I've read I can also confirm. I am a Disabled Veteran & the VA is less of a hassle, so that should say it all right there.
