Dr Enders was on a list of pediatricians that my OB gave me near the end of my pregnancy.

However, I scheduled another after hours appointment for the same illness that keeps coming back and 10 minutes before my appointment starts they call to cancel my appointment saying I cannot be seen and will need to reschedule for an in hours appointment. They were unable to accommodate me even though I was feeling awful. I had even paid the $55 after hour fee already, which was a hassle to get a refund for. I think it's unacceptable to be treating patients this way who have been seen by the same office for years. This was also after many hours of back and forth conversation on the portal app, which got me no sense of help/relief.

The medical staff has consistently been excellent, and I would confidently recommend Dr. Gonzalez and her team for their quality of care and professionalism. I am writing to share a recent experience that I believe warrants attention. Front desk staff are often the first point of contact for families, and that interaction sets the tone for care. I called Treehouse Pediatrics to schedule an appointment, initially under the impression that they also functioned as an ER. I quickly realized they provide after-hours care only, which I understand was my mistake. However, during the call, I explained that my daughter had been completely fine in the morning and suddenly could not walk, her legs were shaking, she was unable to move, and she was crying. Naturally, this was very concerning. While the staff member initially seemed attentive, her demeanor shifted as I continued providing context. When I mentioned my daughter had ant bites, simply to give as much information as possible, she responded by laughing and repeating "ant bites?" in a dismissive tone. No one expects to be laughed at during a high-stress situation, especially when seeking care for their child. That response felt unprofessional and lacked the empathy expected in a pediatric setting. As a parent of two, I do not seek care lightly, especially in moments of distress. No parent should feel dismissed when advocating for their child's health. Ultimately, we chose to go to the ER and canceled the appointment. I have requested a call back from management and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further, including providing a timestamp if the call was recorded. I share this feedback with the hope that additional training and guidance can be provided to ensure all families are met with the compassion and professionalism they deserve.

After waiting for…read moreso long, I stepped out of the room to ask the front desk a simple question because I had an online class I needed to get to. As I was leaving, I saw Dr. Gray walking toward my room. He said he was about to come in, but he already seemed upset and flustered and from the moment he spoke, I could tell something was off. He didn't ask what was going on or why I had stepped out. He didn't give me even a moment to explain how I was feeling. He asked two rushed questions, barely listened to my answers, and shut me down when I tried to speak. He looked in my ears and then told me, with no empathy at all, 'There's nothing we can do. You can call ENT and Google exercises at home.' It felt dismissive, cold, and completely unprofessional. What hurt me the most is that my blood pressure was extremely high dangerously high and he treated it like it didn't matter. I know I have to be responsible for my health, but he is a doctor. Why choose a profession centered on caring for people if you are unwilling to actually care? I was not rude, not difficult, not disrespectful, yet I was treated like an inconvenience. I could have walked out of that clinic in a medical crisis, and he didn't seem to care at all. As I was leaving, he said, 'Your blood pressure is a little high, try not to stress,' and then chuckled. That moment broke me. I felt small, dismissed, and completely uncared for. I work incredibly hard. I'm in school finishing a master's program in clinical mental health. I am not illiterate, I am not unreasonable I was simply asking for help with my health. And Dr. David C. Gray absolutely failed me today. I left feeling angry, sad, and scared. Thank you for taking the time to read this, because he certainly didn't.

When I asked for two additional lab tests to be added to my lab order she started to make snide remarks about the doctor office not being a McDonald's and that I would have to interpret my own lab results. We called at 4:15, it's just after 5pm, he has already been here and gone. He was very thorough and listened attentively. I walked out of my house and into the clinic in my slippers, didn't even have to get dressed or load up all the kids so that alone was amazing. He said he goes within like a 30 mile radius of SouthEast Round Rock which I thought would be super helpful for others to know. The price was extremely fair in my opinion, we paid $70 for the visit and $10 for an oxygen monitor piece, so $80 and I didn't have to go anywhere!!! He even called in the Rx before he pulled out. I love that I saved myself probably 1-2 hours of driving and waiting in an office full of other sick people. I loved how clean the RV/Clinic was and loved how nice Dr. Herrera was. Overall I'm very impressed and will for sure use this service again! Services like this can only exist if people use them, I know there is the need for them so PLEASE spread the word!!! I never want to go to a doctors office with a sick child ever again.

She is thorough and proactive with her healthcare approach. She also stays current on the healthcare industry to ensure you get the best care and most current protocols based on ethnicity where relevant. This sets her FAR apart from other physicians in the area. I would drive a million miles to see Dr. Supkay. Setting up appts, request of refills, insurance is all an ease due to the excellent attentional to detail & communication. They also have an amazing patient portal which makes communication with Dr Supkay & her nurse very easy. You can also make refill requests & get lab results from the portal. I absolutely LOVE that Dr Supkay does NOT keep your lab results hostage. As soon as CPL completes them, Dr Supkay allows us to see them. And she follows up to discuss of course. The convenience of CPL being located on site makes any follow up labs easy breezy. Highly recommend Dr Supkay as part of your medical care team!!! Thank you Dr Supkay & staff for the continued compassionate care!
