And they then pocket the difference. When I called them on it, they laughed and said it was a mistake - it happened the last time I was there. Buyer beware! Make sure they only charge you for what you are taking with you.

They'll…read morelet you know your prescription will be ready on a day/time, and when you get there, the majority of the time it's not (even if you add a day for a buffer). In the 9 months I've been a customer here, I've had maybe a few months where I didn't have to make multiple trips to get my prescription. The first time this happened, they told me my prescription would be ready the next day. I got there, and they said they only had half of it, but I could come back in a few days and they'd have the rest. I went back and they only had a little more and couldn't fill the entire prescription. It took 4 times until I filled that one prescription. This happened again, and they said that from then on out they'd fill the full prescription each time. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, as this is a new location, and I'd much rather support a local business than a big box pharmacy, so I stuck with them. Several months, I'd forget to pick up my prescription after it was renewed for a week and because they wouldn't notify me if my prescription was filled. However, the last time I went to pick up a prescription, they dropped the ball again. They told me it'd be ready in the morning the next day, and when I got there, it wasn't. They then told me it'd be ready by midday, and when I got there again, it wasn't. They finally told me it'd be there in the evening, and when I got there, it wasn't. When I finally received it, part of the prescription I needed was missing, too. At this point I was extremely fed up, but seeing as I was moving soon and they had all my refills, I decided to stick out with them until I moved. I had them refill all my prescriptions, and they said they'd be filled Tuesday evening, if not then in the morning. They called again on Tuesday confirming this. I went in just now (it's 5pm), and they said it'd be another hour until it got here, maybe longer. It's a really cute pharmacy and supporting local business is a great thing, but unless you like guessing when your prescription is ready because you can't trust what they promise, making multiple trips to fill a single prescription, and a lot of extra headache, I'd look for a different pharmacy.

Today, however, I had an unpleasant experience with a staff member I had not seen before. During my first visit to the counter, I asked about a price that wasn't clearly marked. Her response made me feel uncomfortable simply for asking a reasonable question. Despite that, I remained calm, completed my purchase, and left. I then returned because I remembered there was a yogurt sale. I picked up two yogurts and, again, wanted to confirm they were included in the promotion -- since no sale price was clearly visible on the items. Once more, this same employee made me feel as though I was at fault: for picking up the wrong yogurts, for the sale price not being displayed, or for the tags being misplaced. Not only was her response unhelpful, it was dismissive and unpleasant. I want to be clear: a customer should never be made to feel responsible for a store's own pricing or signage issues. This appears to be a case of price tag negligence on the store's part, not customer error. I hope this is addressed, as it does not reflect the experience I have always had here and that keeps me coming back.
