please read all as i am sharing a strange shopping occurance at the end. thank you…read more i love bobby's dept store. i shop at the one on utica ave. and there is so much bargains and really great items to buy. i've been shopping at bobby's since they only had the store on church ave. before the utica ave. branch. however lately i noticed that several times that i took items to the indian cashiers upstairs at the utica ave. brabch ; i was missing o e item that crossed the counter but was not cashed and not in my bag when i got home. its rather strange‼ something seems to be going on‼ its too often to be ok. so from now on i would have to check everything clearly and make sure all items that i take to the counter are cashed and placed in the bag before they staple the bags. if a customer is distracted getting their money out of their bag is when this can occur and not checking the receipt also. it seems something strange may be happening ‼what happens to those items that cross the counter but not added to a customer's bag and not cashed; is strange⁉‼⁉‼ ii can be wrong but these days strange things do occur. pleaseeee make sure you all be very attentive when shopping. thank you sincerely, a long time bobby's customer.

I found two items in their last act section, both of which, lacked a price. When I attempted to make the purchase at the register the cashier just told me they were apart of a pack. However, I told her twice that they sell them that way. My friend had a bunch in the same area but his had the tag. Luckily they had an employee who overheard and told her what she had to scan. I think it's safe to say, I'll stick with 34th Street and Downtown Brooklyn over this location, going forward.

This target has what it needs to stock: clothes, beauty items, snacks. There's even a Starbucks inside and a restroom. This despite both her (she speaks limited english) and myself explaining the situation. Beware when doing your shopping here. These guys are crooks, simple as that. There is a store manager in store that saw me standing in front waiting to come in, and he said nothing. Not even, Im sorry mam we are running behind to open up this morning. Instead he opened just to let 2 more employees, in while the others employees stand around waiting. Looks like he started a morning meeting, during open hours. I paid for meter parking too. I must admit Nordstrom organizes their jewelry well. All the boxes were neatly displayed on their shelves. Just the bad thing is the top shelf is very high and you need assistance or a ladder to look at them so that sucks. This is one of the most organized stores ever with all the accessories lined up and stored in an orderly fashion. There are rarely any loose accessories or misplaced product in the store. Made the shopping vibe feel a lot better. It is also very clean and carpet is nice to walk on without any dirt or loose garbage. By the checkout, there are aisles of mini and travel size lotions and facial cleansers from Kiehl's and Clinique that are almost winding down so they are that popular! I thought the cashiers were kind of slow because there were 3 of them working on the customers when there were so many cashier registers available for employees to go to.
