Hiler's uses ABC exclusively, passing many competitors on the long drive to Medford. Sotar Whitewater Rafts uses ABC exclusively for all their frames and boxes. Kevin and his team don't cut corners on blasting or powder. They take the BIG stuff (snow cats, dump trailers) as well as smaller jobs. Be aware that the word has gotten around so if your project gets scheduled behind one of ABC's big contracts ... we'll it got behind a big contract. The occasional wait is worth the result. I've found Kevin very accommodating if you let him know your situation ... and equally forthright if he's unable to meet a rush. read more

About 7 years ago I had a weld together bumper powder coated, they did an excellent job, filled all the imperfections and the coating was exactly what I asked for. Fast forward to this year I had 2 more bumpers done, they took over a month which was fine but didn't prep the surface or fill any of the welding imperfections. It looks like they sprayed it with a can of Walmart wrinkle finish which isn't what I asked for, and also charged me $550 for a terrible job read more

The guy Kevin is a real A**hole. Like I thought he was going to attack me every time we met. LMFAO I have no idea what I could have possibly done to this guy to make him so angry. I wasn't demanding at all and even after waiting 4 months over their 20 day estimate I never pushed them or nothing. I just asked like once a month, usually on the first, what's going on. Then Kevin would act like I was suing him or something. The work is fine, I guess. But I'll never go back there for any reason. Even if it was free I'd still never use them. read more

Very rude. They never got the job done because they took so long, and basically, they just quit because it was taking so long for them to even start. They accused me of being impatient but they took double the estimate and they never even started the job and they were so hostile any time I asked what was going on it was almost like they wanted to keep my property I trusted them with. read more

I'm not going to be too specific about things because the guy there "Kevin" seems like the kind of guy who gets very emotional about things and i want to stay safe. But the job they did was bad for the price, but overall ok. The problem I had with these people is how rude they were. They took over 6 months to get the job done when I was promised at most two! And everytime I called I'd be forced to talk to Kevin and he would just keep making excuse after excuse. Then when I'd show up, the few times I did, he would just give me a dirty look and bearly talk to me. His son acted professional though. But they need to drop Kevin. read more

Very poor service and disrespect by ABC. Was told 2 weeks on my bike frame, after a couple of calls and being told next week, next week, I was extremely patient but 4.5 weeks later I had to go get my parts as they were never touched from the day I dropped them off for blast and coating. They even wanted to argue over one day of the timeline on dropping it off. Finally I had to give them an ultimatum, get it done in 2 days or I come get my stuff. I was told again, next week. Not a word from anyone when I stopped by to get my stuff. These guys have no care and never once called me to update me or apologize. Would not recommend, take it to Stan's. Absolutely the rudest people I've ever worked with. All they did was treat me as if I was wasting their time, regardless of the fact that I was paying them thousands of dollars, they were weeks passed the estimated time my order was supposed to be completed and just seemed angry at me for bringing it up. One day I dropped by after my order was THREE WEEKS late and spoke with Kevins son, who admittedly was nice, and he just said he'd talk with his father about it when he gets back. A few hours later, kevin came by my business and yelled and screamed at me about going to his place, where my property was that I was supposed to have returned to me weeks ago, and asking about my order. I got no help over the phone which is why I went by. Now I'm out thousands of dollars with a mediocre paint job almost two months after I was legally promised they'd be done. It was a horrifying experience. Bit racist too. I'm black and I felt very uncomfortable there. Dirty looks from everyone, insulting me under their breath. These are horrible people. read more
