He responded immediately and stopped later the same day to take a look at my yard. I received an estimate quickly (same day). After getting a few more estimates I hired More Life for the project. They were able to start the following week. Throughout the project Jose answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the progress. He made me feel at ease and confident in their work. Enter Rob from Steadfast plumbing. Scheduling an appointment with Candy was straightforward and easy. She was very helpful answering any questions I had & was able to schedule an appointment sooner than expected. This put me at ease as the pump has been inoperable for a week already & we're in the midst of the rainy season. Rob arrived at the scheduled time and we discussed the issue. He presented me with a plan & estimate which i agreed to. The price was reasonable so i approved the work. I don't envy Rob's job as he had to crawl into the crawlspace in a few inches of standing water to remove the old pump & install (to my surprise & pleasure an American made unit) the replacement. Using his years of experience and knowledge, he remedied my problem issue in short order. After all was said & done my sump pump is back in operation & performing as expected. For any future plumbing needs, Stedfast will be my go to company!
