We are a not for profit organization and this was a one time rental. they offered a 20% discount on a future rental which we will never be able to use. very disappointing that something could be rented out in this condition for a cost of $157.77 !!

She said that they had no request from me via their website because their website doesn't work. (huh?) Asked me to repeat the entire request over the phone which I was happy to do. She stated that she was new and she made several derogative comments about the company - this did not impress me. She stated that she would absolutely call me back that day and if they could not get the items then she would provide 2 referrals that she stated would absolutely do it for me. It was really nice to be able to use their website and go through property properties and then also use the 3-D option for viewing inside of the property. What was nice is they were really helpful about allowing us to have someone come view the home. Online application is seamless. We got an answer on our application within a day. During the whole process, we mostly dealt with Tara. Tara was amazing and always responded really quickly. All in all, no complaints about the application and getting out keys. We were able to easily pick up our keys and paperwork pertaining to the home when it was convenient for us. The reason for the 4 stars is I do feel like this property management company has a lot of fees. Like the ongoing $49 a month benefits package that no one probably wants. If I understand it correctly I won't be able to use the payment portal if so cancel this $49 per month fee. That seems ridiculous. On top of application fees, non refundable fees and the fee they likely get from the home owner, this seems to be a money grab. Will say for an out of state rental process this was very easy. I appreciated that they also gave us 5 days to do the walk through and documentation regarding rental condition.

They have old cars that don't run properly and atrocious business ethics. I told them I was going to have a child in the car with seizures so I needed air conditioning. The car I originally rented had no air. So, he moved me into a car that was supposed to be $50 cheaper. Upon returning 2 days early because of gas fumes inside the car I was told I would still pay the original car's price and not get anything back for bringing back early due to the gas fumes. The owner was mad because I drove from Casa Grande to Chandler to buy back to school clothes. He said do not leave the state. Last time I checked Chandler was still in Arizona. So for three days of renting this car I was billed $400. I learned my lesson, please don't repeat my mistake.

The attendants at the airport were very courteous and efficient. The car performed perfectly throughout the entire time we were in Phoenix. Upon return, a superb attendant by the name of Uryia made us feel like VIPs as we brought the car back. Smile on her face, quick and thorough return, and her attitude and attention made this perhaps the best interaction with a car rental agency ever. Good on Syxt.
