I guess since I'm not a regular or a friend, I was treated differently They were hung up on trying to see what other issues without running the smog. I don't know what the hold up was or if they were unfamiliar with the truck. Or if I was bothering them But after all that, they ended up failing the truck and also charging 80 dollars. Surprising since other smog shops won't charge you if you fail. The only highlight was the female technician took the time to explain the results. The others seemed sarcastic/annoyed and more interested in my truck and seeing if I'll sell rather than helping me with the situation.

Put my car on the analyzer, ran my test, cleared, and I was on my way. Place is dirty, gritty, and well organized, as it should be for a professional mechanics establishment. The attendant was very professional and knowledgeable. I just told him what I needed and it was down to business. I wish more places would be this way, as I value my time and I need to be in and out! Last but not least the test was perfectly priced. $50 for everything! Most places are charging $60 dollars. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK and thank you for taking care of Fontana residents! Then come to find out they marked my vehicle as tampered with so no one else wanted to smog my truck cause it was "high risk". Called them again this year to give it another shot. Got a quote for 150$ smog on a 97 jeep. Other star certified shops in the area were charging 60-70 btw. Hate to bring a business down but these guys deserve it.

Went 30 minutes before closing with no appointment and I was immediately seen! He offered us water, worked very was quickly and I honestly appreciated his service! Especially coming from a female who knows nothing about cars. Car shops can seem intimidating because men take advantage of women being uniformed about cars and can rank up their quote but not this guy! Total came out to $49. I showed up on time. Only had one other person waiting at the time to complete theirs. Five minutes later, my vehicle was being taken in for the biannual test only smog check. He completed the test only small check in about 10 to 15 minutes, entered everything into the state computer and I was out of there within 30 minutes.
