( I am waiting on it now) but they sent me the confirmation of shipment.. I appreciate them addressing the issue promptly. Other: PAY attention when it states " EXTRA SUPPORT OR BRACING is needed' .. The metal frames legs are not thick enough or long enough to support whole structure on larger pieces so you will need to BACK brace them, put in back support... But the pieces are still neat, and creative. Prompt attention and response is great ( rare to find now a days) !
