The delivery team of two men was also kind and professional however the glass maker was probably one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. I called All Star Glass to see what their typical wait time for replacing a piece of glass was and they notified me 24-48 hours. After reading the Google reviews it seemed that this was the norm for them. This was important to me because I dropped the glass off on a Monday and needed it by the latest Thursday because I had a flight out of Nashville at the end of the week. I also didn't want to not have a front window for my living room for the entire week especially when I was not there. No worries however because I was told it would be done Tuesday. After receiving no update on my glass, I called them back and was told it would be done the next day (Wednesday). After again receiving no update on Wednesday, I called again and was told it would be done Thursday. By the time Thursday rolled around I called back and was told it would be done Friday even though I made it clear early in the week that I had a flight to catch. When I called Thursday, the woman at the front desk handed the phone over to the glass maker who immediately started yelling and getting very angry, telling me that NO ONE told me the glass would be done in 24-48 hours (just read the other comments. This seems to be the norm) and that HE told me it would be done Friday (I would have never agreed to this in the first place considering I had a flight and wouldn't be able to get the glass on Friday). The glass maker continuously called me a liar, yelling at me, threatening to hang up and not make the glass, saying that no one told me 24-48 hours despite the fact that I was told MULTIPLE times that this is how long the order would take. I tried being cordial as I shared my frustrations of needing to now change my flight but the glass maker didn't care, continuing to throw personal jabs and calling me a liar, referring me to the worst customer he has ever dealt with. Every time I tried calming him down (because I really did need the glass) he continued throwing personal shots at me. Very unprofessional. $355 for glass and $1500 later for having to change flights at the last second, the glass is installed. I would strongly recommend that the owner of All Star Glass gets a new glass maker as the current one is not well.

When buying very expensive doors you would expect quality work. That is far from what we have…read morereceived. The doors were allowing water in and not locking properly. We replaced double doors in the bedroom, a kitchen door and the living room door. From a few days after install of the doors I couldn't lock the front door with the deadbolt, it wasn't lined up properly. I contacted Renewal by Anderson and they would send people out to adjust the door and a few days later it would be unable to lock again. Fast forward a few years and we notice water underneath the carpet in our bedroom everytime it rains. We call them and someone comes and reapplied caulk around the door frame. It rains again and water is still pouring in. Someone figures out they need to reinstall the door frame because it wasn't installed correctly the first time and a weather barrier was not installed. They also have to replace soaked subfloor and spend an entire day replacing water damaged wood surrounding the door and putting the doors back in. Now is the ongoing problem with our front door. They have now replaced the panel of the door a month ago after a technician found it was bowed. This took a couple of hours. After replacing the door he found that light was coming through between the door and frame and that it still wasn't sitting properly. So a manager came out to confirm I guess? All he did was come into the house look at how sunlight was coming through the door and door frame and confirm the door frame needed to be replaced. That brings me to today. We scheduled for the replacement of the door frame with an arrival time of 12-2. They arrive at 2:30pm and the contractor asks me what are they suppose to be doing, they have no idea. He tells me he has a door panel and I said that was just replaced. This appointment was to replace the frame and he said he doesn't have a frame. He said he will readjust the frame because he sees the problem. 1 hour 30 minutes later he tells me the frame has to be replaced (that was the whole point of this appointment!!) He says they have to leave my door like this because they don't have a frame. Wood and glue showing all around the door of these very expensive doors. He told me all it would take is someone to kick in the door because the frame is so bad. He calls his scheduling manager (I think?) And tells him multiple times the door frame is Fxxked. I talk to him over the phone trying to figure out why an appointment that was suppose to be fixing the door frame was not and now my door is left like this for 4 weeks till they get a new door frame. It is insane; I never expected making this purchase would be one stress after another. Having to change my schedule to have them come out MULTIPLE times and it not be fixed. Today was such a disorganized disaster. Why is your contractor showing up asking me what he is supposed to be doing and leaving an unfinished door for a month till the door frame comes in, which was the whole point of this appointment 'the replacement of the door frame.' I've spent so much money on these doors for this level of unprofessionalism. Worst purchase I've ever made.

They confirmed that not only the windows were of very low grade, they were installed incorrectly. Patrick's relentless pursuit for perfection and attention to every detail was just mind blowing. The fact that Patrick the owner was onsite and handled the complete job himself spoke volumes. He is very proud of the service he provides and it shows with his work.
