After we described what we wanted - great he said he'd get back to us with a quote. I never heard anything back. I even called them and left a voicemail to tell them I owed them $75 and where do I send it? They never even returned my call. I hope everything's OK with them, but a call or email response would have been the right thing to do.

Also, we have a large crevice in the yard after his guys tried to fix that. Stuff happens. Not concerned about that. After all, Jerry looked me in the eye and said he guarantees all his work. Well, I can tell you that he doesn't. I could hear him cussing me out over the phone because when I asked him about the hole in the yard he thought I was complaining about a piece of missing sod. I was not and he would have known that if he had bothered to show up and check it out. We are now in the position that we have a quote for $5k to fix what he did. Wish we had chosen someone else. I am afraid to ask him about this as he might cuss me out again.
