When my daughter-in-law went to ABC Title to complete the second part, we discovered that the first part had not been completed. I immediately reached out to Lucky Title for a refund. She sent the refund to my bank but it didn't go through. Now I'm having to wait to figure it out. Through it all, Thuy has been helpful.
