I know most people will see a five star review for a towing company and think this guy has no clue what he's talking about, but I can only comment on what I have experienced. ABC Towing was tremendously helpful for me. This started with my car breaking down on the highway. I have an aftermarket warranty on my car and the warranty company contacted a few towing companies before finding ABC and notifying them to come pick me up. I didn't wait much longer than an hour from the time my car broke down until the time of arrival. The tow truck driver was super friendly and got my car on the lift really quickly without scraping the front bumper at all. I was a bit nervous about this happening. I asked the driver to drop my car off at the auto mechanic and he had no objections. He let me catch a ride with him to the shop where my roomate met us to pick me up. AAA chose ABC towing to tow my wife from a ditch. After using 2 different wreckers they finally got her out but damaged the car. They asked us to call in to get it fixed. We called for several months always being told that they would get back to us. After 5 months they sent someone out to survey the damage and said he would get back to us quickly. 2 months later and he wont accept our calls. Avoid this company at all costs. read more

My vehicle broke down in the Food Lion parking lot. Trey came to the rescue!!! He was so knowledgeable on towing and on my manual transmission vehicle. He also knew all the shops around town and what they specialize in. This car is my livelihood, my baby, the vehicle I depend on to come to work every day, and it was very emotional for me to have it break down. However, Trey told me that everything was going to be OK. To think about the positives because we broke down at a safe location. I'm not sure of the bad reviews or other tow truck drivers, but Trey went above and beyond for me. I'm unsure of the outcome of the car; I'm praying it's a great one! They have lied to me about where they picked my car up. Lied and said my car had to be winched. Refused to tell me where my car was to get my personal things out so I had to call the officer that came out to my accident. My wallet is missing along with other things and I fully believe the women that answers the phone is responsible for this. They don't even have a yard any more. I do not recommend anyone using these people. I know for a fact my wallet was with me because I had stopped for food. read more

AAA sent ABC to my rescue. They kept me safe inside my car while they changed my flat tire. They even followed behind me on the highway since I couldn't do the speed limit (65) on the donut. Prompt, courteous and professional. read more

Absolutely worthless. Insurance company chose these guys and they gave a 1.5 hour turn time. Little long but whatever. Called at 1.5 hrs and they said 45 more minutes. Called an hour later and they said they didn't have anyone available in the area yet. Cancelled the request and went with another local business that was there within 30 minutes. Poor service. After waiting for an hour and a half my driver Tony was very unprofessional and rude. I don't recommend these guys.

Don't do it!! Had to be towed for a reason, but when the tow truck driver came he drove my car onto the bed!! After being told not to. Now my vehicle is destroyed and they will not help even tow it. Will file with BBB and small claims court here I come. read more

I called AAA for help when my car would not turn over and they sent ABC towing.. They guy came out and said my battery was bad, they installed a new battery and my car still would not start, so "t must be something wrong with your car" After jump starting my car, I took it the the dealership, and the new battery they sold me was also defective. ABC picked up their defective battery and still charged me for it. A supervisor would not take my calls or never called me back. They then had the never to call me and follow up on their service.
