Instead of simply being courteous and helpful he immediately went on the attack and in the end made some sarcastic comments toward me that I simply ignored as he opened the gate. Completely unprofessional behavior which I have to believe that country club itself endorses as I called the property immediately afterward to complain about what happened and left a message. No one bothered to call me back, which tells me that they really don't care what happens between their security contractor and people who are not members. I would recommend documenting every encounter with the property's security and posting it online. I would make certain that it's truthful and not exaggerated; but I would also not allow poor treatment to go unreported.

Parking looked very limited on the map, but there are actually additional parking spaces on the street and on the side of the building. There are parking attendants that will assist you with parking, and it was pretty efficient. When you step inside, you'll go through a metal detector and security. There's a small bar, but I was pretty impressed with the amount of alcohol and win/beer that they have. Prices for drinks were reasonable. The sound system in the venue was perfect. Seats / tables were comfortable. Not a bad seat in the house. I really enjoyed the setting and had fun.

For me the little things are really important and she pays attention to those things. I haven't even gotten to the mission or the look of the place. Not only is this place beautiful, has amazing food and drinks and has great AV capabilities but it also serves the disabled community. It provides individuals with vision impairments with a place to build a sense of community and provides a space for them to do all sorts of activities. Not to mention that they also employ vision impaired individuals. All around the best place in Las Vegas to host an event, honestly I'd even say one of the best places in the country to host an event.

Having gone many times I feel like it could have been built better and more comfortable for humans. I feel like the top balcony is way too cramped and steep. There seem to be cushions you can ask to add to your seat but why didn't they just choose good chairs when building. I feel like all the connecting chairs are too close together. Multiple times have me or my spouse had to battle it out with a man spreader or person taking too much space. The arm rests with the combined seats are tiny so only one person can use it. I think they should redo it and give people more space. If a movie theater can give me recliners I expect at least comfortable chairs. We do watch a lot of the broadway musicals. I like when there are fun seasonal drinks attached. We did season tickets one time with the cheapest balcony seats and just upgraded every time. I loved the early access and how easy it was to upgrade and change our seats. When it came time to renew our season passes we wanted to upgrade our seats but I cancelled it because we didn't get to specifically choose the seats we would upgrade to. I also don't like that the minimum is usually like 7 shows. I would rather 4-5. I usually am really excited about maybe 2 shows a season. Having the season pass made us see shows we didn't love and made me realize I do not in fact love all musicals. Things I appreciate are the $6 parking, the customer service of employees, and the lobby and balcony are pretty. I think the programs are too wide and big. I love Smith Center in general but think there can be improvements.

Once I got here, the outside was nicely decorated and set up with tables and directional signs. The side has a garden with shade trees and places to sit. Unfortunately, due to event restrictions, I couldn't take interior photos, but it's spacious and has great acoustics. Outside, there is a courtyard with a cafe that was open the entire time. I was able to get healthy beet juice, coffee, and a sandwich. All tasted great and were served within a few minutes. Overall, I would come back, but I will probably take an Uber/Lyft due to parking limitations.

I really love all the new touches and also enjoy the touches they kept from the previous franchise. The check-in staff was above and beyond friendly and looked for ways to make sure you would best enjoy your stay. After a long drive and plane ride, it's nice to chat with people who are genuinely engaged in getting to know about your stay. We had made reservations for spa treatments for after we are arrived and we thoroughly enjoyed that time. I would go as far as to say the WA spa is one of the best spas on the strip. Fabulous. The WA is a wonderful strip hotel in a great space and a lot of convenience in and around.

They offer a complimentary car service for ride within 3 miles (but no airport transportation). We used to go to the Wynn for a show. I would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Vegas.

Check-in was very quick and easy and they even let us into our room two hours early. We booked a Canyon suite in the Canyon Tower. The room was renovated, modern, and very clean. The living room and bar area was very spacious. The bedroom is also spacious with a separate fainting couch near the window. There were two closets and also a vanity table in the bedroom. The bathroom was large, but only had one sink. There was a very big shower as well as a jetted tub. If you need room service, you can just order it on your TV. This includes asking for towels and other toiletries. The hotel itself was pretty quiet. You can hear some of the music by the pool area, which did start around 8 AM. The casino floor is very large with many different slots and table games. There is also a variety of restaurants and a convenience store.
