We had used Dr. Carpet many years ago, and since our house is WAY off the beaten path, it's hard to find someone to come out for service. I could tell right away they had their act together. The dispatcher asked great questions like "can we find your house on a nav system", and "do you have cell service at your house". (Yes, and no.) Most people don't think to ask those questions, which can cause a lot of headaches. Also they called to confirm the night before--very thoughtful because I had completely forgotten! The technicians (Mike and Dean) were right on time, wearing masks and gloves, as well as shoe coverings. They worked around my home-office meeting schedule so I didn't have to worry about noise during critical parts where I needed to be speaking to my coworkers. I couldn't believe the stuff they found in my air ducts! (Pictured below, NOT including the dead mouse.) They also showed me pictures of the insides of my ducts, including a few areas that need replacing (they don't do that kind of work, but it's great to know, I would have never thought about that). And finally they made some suggestions about replacing my air filters in a few weeks. I appreciated that they never once tried to upsell me on anything. The total charge was exactly as quoted. Overall my experience was professional, friendly and helpful, I would definitely use them again.

When they did bring the rug the day after the vacation ended (clearly was done before), they didn't lay it out square so we had to move all the furniture and do it again anyway. And whatever they used as a cleaning solution has a fragrance that is still offgassing a week later. One of the delivery people was a woman and I give them a star for that.

We received an in-person quote on the same day we first contacted them, and were scheduled to have the work done the next day! Two workers removed the majority of the moss and debris, then treated the remainder (which should fall off in about 7-8 months). They also cleaned out our dirty gutters and, best yet, cleaned off our house, windows and walkways/driveway/deck of all the nasty debris that came off the roof (and there was a ton of that!) Very hard working, nice, professional workers were here for 7 hours. Great job for a fair price, and the moss removal came with a multi-year warranty if any moss were to reappear. They did my car first so it could dry (great suggestion!!) and I can NOT believe how great it looks! Guys. Seriously. There were stains covering everything. Now, my car looks almost brand new again! It was completely BEYOND my expectations! When he came to look at the shower, he informed me that he could do the cleaning and charge me more money, but it wouldn't come much cleaner than my chemicals could do. He even recommended a specific grout company to restore it for us!
